Critical: Quality, ValueI’m honestly surprised at the perfect reviews. I came for dip. I picked out my colors from the samples they provided. As he was doing my dip, the color seemed brighter but I know sometimes it can look a little different as it is going on before it is filed and finished. No. What I chose was a light baby pink and what I got was neon. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was told “Sorry. Sometimes dip looks different than gel.” The color change was very apparent but absolutely no correction was offered. Aside from that, the base by my cuticle is completely uneven. Probably the worst dip manicure I have had so if you’re looking for dip, I would go elsewhere. I don’t know if it will let me upload pictures but I will if it does.Added pictures and you can see the uneven line and the other thumb has a lump of clear gel. If I am paying for a luxury of getting my nails or feet done, they service better be out of this world. At Garden Nails & Spa, the service is great. They even know you by first name. They are super friendly and will always make sure you are satisfied.
