I came here with my friends and we were all treated wonderfully. Amy was attentive, Lyn was so precious, and Diane made me laughed so much. I think everyone should come and give these three ladies a try. The atmosphere was fun and everyone was laughing. The Pedicures was amazing! Kim took care of my ingrown toe nail and gave it a refreshing breath of relief. I got their collagen pedicure and my skin have never been smoother. We will come again next time we hang out. Love this place. Everyone should come and see them!

I have been going here for years and I won’t go anywhere else! I would gladly wait there for hours so Lan can do my nails and she returns the favor if I ever have to come in late. I’m very rough on my nails. I work very long hard hours with my hands in chemicals and no other place has ever been able to do my nails to where they don’t fall off. Not to mention they always look perfect and I’m extremely picky!! Everyone at this salon is also very nice, attentive, and are not rude at all. I always feel more than comfortable there. So basically I adore Garden nails and strongly recommend driving from anywhere in East Texas or further away to this place because you won’t be disappointed!!

I had a manicure and pedicure with my mom on Sunday, 10/16. The same lady did both for me (I don’t recall her name, but she had a short, stacked bob haircut). The pedicure was lovely and relaxing. However, the manicure was an AWFUL experience!!! I don’t normally write negative reviews as I typically feel badly about speaking ill of any hardworking business, but others should be aware. I asked for my dip to be removed, and I planned to have regular polish applied afterward. I soaked my nails as usual, but the problems came when she used the electric nail file. As you can see from the photos, she nicked my skin on most fingers. Every time it happened, I instinctively pulled my hand away. I told her how this hurts. Finally, it had happened so often and hurt so badly that I couldn’t keep tears from welling in my eyes. She did apologize after seeing literal tears but also said it wasn’t her/the nail file. As you can also see, there is even still some dip on one of my thumbs. I declined polish after all this, and I was bleeding when I left. In fact, I couldn’t wait to leave. She still charged me for the manicure. Note: if you do visit this salon, ask for Damon. He is amazing, and I regret not having him at my last visit, which may very well be my final visit.

The first time I tried this place I had a pedicure that was nice but the polish didn’t dry before they told me to go. I ended up coming home and taking the polish off because it was a mess. I tried the place again and had an amazing experience. Which led me to today and while the pedicure experience was nice 4 of my toes were messed up and only one was fixed. I didn’t notice the other 3 until I got home. And while sitting by the pool 2 of the toes with polish came off. I gave 3 stars only because the pedicure process was nice. It’s my opinion that as a paying customer they should check the polish to make sure it’s dry before letting people leave. I won’t be going back. Paying $50 plus tip and now I don’t get to enjoy the polish is unacceptable in my opinion. I’ll take my money and go to another salon that I know does make sure the polish is dry before letting their customer leave.

I have used them many times, and am currently experiencing yet another version of a pedicure they offer, with a new scent, crazy Ritch, I am adding a picture of the beautiful board she has brought out, if you have not come here to experience their top notch service, friendly faces and amazing spa feel, you are missing out! I came to Garden Nail Spa to get my nails done for homecoming. I went with two of my friends, we are all between the ages of 17-18. They asked my friends if I was their mom, and I didn’t get to sit with them at all during the appointment – even though we ALL came in for the same things. I asked for a dipped manicure, and the man doing my nails cut my fingers up so bad that three of them bled. My pointer finger bled the most, and instead of cleaning up the blood, he painted the blood onto my fingernail. Which was painted white.

I have had my nails done here twice before with no problem. Today, 10-29-22, I had my nails filled. The man doing them would not grind off some dirt that got under two of my nails because I work for a living. I was charged $45. The original set was $49. Then when I got to the cash register, though the ticket said $45 the cashier ran my card at $50. I said “No, it is $45” the cashier said it is $5 for white tips which were from my original set. She just added on something that was not on the ticket. I will not go back. Make sure you find out what they will charge you first!!

Went in and asked for a simple French tip and pedicure. The lady only painted my toes after telling her multiple times that I wanted a pedicure and was surprised when the owner asked why she was finished so fast. She also gave me one minute to pick a color and then started yelling at me. The guy that did my nails cut my fingers multiple times and I told him that he was hurting me and he did nothing. My nails are so uneven and terrible. I will not be coming back. Staff was rude and two lady’s that worked there were sitting chairs next to me in the corner with their shoes off taking a nap…

My daughter visited today and was not happy with her nails. The owner recognized that she was upset and followed her to her car, asking her to come back in. Been a while since I’ve gotten a pedicure. My wife brought me in when the store was first opened back in 2015. I remember Lan and Sonny treating us like family. This time I came by myself and they remember me. Probably my beard and they treated me like long lost family. I don’t come often, but this little spot of Lindale I will always remember. Also they say they’re never going away so I’ll be seeing them again, probably next year
