I just found my new place to go!! This place is amazing!!! I was looking for a place still open on a Sunday night and called and Lena took me in! Me giving one star is me being nice. I’ve tried this place a few times and everytime it was another issue. You have to repeat what you want done to them numerous times before they actually get it & if you don’t keep repeating yourself they will make it seem like it’s your fault you don’t get what you asked for. If you go in with a group of ppl they try to take everyone at different times which will have some waiting around doing nothing. One two ppl speak English so you have to deal with that hassle as well & the ones who do have serious attitudes. They do terrible pedicures but don’t charge much so I guess you get what you pay for. Their gel is terrible as well. They’ll apply two coats & if you go back like I did to get two extra coats because they filed my real nails down & made them super soft they will give you attitude & will do a poop job rushing to get you out. Each time I’ve went I’ve spent over a 100 close to 200 & each time I left disappointed. It’s not just one or two ppl it’s the whole business that is terrible.

Atrocious service. They didn’t listen and I had to repeat things several times. The technician didn’t want to give me the shape and length I wanted. I got a full set and both the cuticle and free edge were too thick. I had to ask for the file and try to show him what I wanted for a free edge. I was so frustrated I declined polish and did it myself at home.
