Amazing space right across from Kauai Beer co and easy access to the airport (bus or a 25 minute walk). I stopped by after finishing the Kalalau backpacking trip and needed a place to restore myself before getting on the plane. I was able to walk in and get an appointment pretty quickly. The sauna was $30 for a 25 minute session.

Absolutely love this sauna and ice bath sanctuary! Can control the temperature and time settings as well the chromotherapy colors. Has become an essential part of my wellness routine and I always leave with a burst of energy after the ice bath. Recommend to all my friends here on Kauai – should definitely go check them out!

After dropping off a friend to the airport and having two hours of space before picking up a friend who was visiting, I knew I wanted to do something to take care of my mind, body, soul, and spirit. Garden Isle Wellness delivered all of that and more. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with a bright smile and a welcoming energy. Lou and I talked story and walked me through an immersive and beautiful Wim Hof breathing experience, followed by infrared sauna with some vibey tunes & motivational songs, and an ice bath. I loved how Lou played a Hawaiian Prayer for me while I was in the ice bath. I had an amazing hot shower after and to say the least, my body was smiling, tingling, smiling, enlivened, and so empowered. I felt so refreshed and 1000% uplifted, ready to pick up my friend! I’m honestly smiling so big right now. Lou has a big heart and it’s so felt. I’m so grateful that a recovery place like this exists on island. Amazing location and the bonus? Close to local health food stores and restaurants, and so perfect to grab a bite to eat after. Will definitely be back

The owners clearly put their heart into the operation, and they offer breathwork coaching for the cold plunge. Whether or not you’ve done a cold plunge before, this is the perfect spot to upgrade your body and mind.
