Garden City Prenatal Massage is a studio located inside Sola Salon Studios and specializes in Prenatal and Postpartum massage, we also see none prenatal clients for therapeutic massage for maintenance and people with an active lifestyle. Sessions are customized to the individual. Saira the owner and Licensed Massage Therapist believes in making your session customized to you so there will be times she may mix Swedish with Deep Tissues or Deep tissues with Sports Massage, every-body is different and should be treated this way.The studio uses organic sheets, towels, essentials oils and paperless intake forms. (there is no Saunas, Jacuzzis)

Absolutely the best. I had the most amazing massage with Jacqueline back in May 2022. I was 39 weeks pregnant and was completely OVER being pregnant but unfortunately had no signs of labor coming on. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment last minute. I booked the massage to induce labor and wow did it work! I had my massage Thursday morning and Friday night at 10 pm I went into labor. It happened so fast! As far as the massage goes, I didn’t think I was going to enjoy it as much because I was primarily on my side but boy was I wrong! It was extremely relaxing, honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Jacqueline made feel so relaxed I dozed off at many points. Now that I have my little girl and it’s been some time, I really can’t wait to go back and treat myself!

When I was in my 2nd trimester I booked a massage with Andrea. She was amazing, great amount of pressure, very hospitable and considerate the entire time. She helped me get my arm and legs and body into position in a gentle manner. I highly recommend.

I’ve had 2 massages here so far, 1 with each therapist. I’m booked for a third one and I think that shows I’m happy here. I’ve even been recommending GCPM to other pregnant friends who have also booked massages! Both therapists are great, very professional, great hands and friendly. So depending on the day of the week you’re available is when you can book either one. I have to say they’re different vibes though so I can totally see different people preferring one therapist to the other. So maybe try both and see who you like better? I liked them both but I do have a slight preference for Saira. Saira is good about explaining the process and telling me what seemed to be going on with my muscles, tension in my body, and what might be causing these issues. I really appreciated that. I felt safe submitting my pregnant body to both therapists and I would definitely continue to recommend this place to other pregnant women who have pregnancy-related issues or just need to relax.

This was the best massage I have had. I am almost 37 weeks pregnant and Saira was attentive. She applied just the right amount of pressure to work out all my kinks. The atmosphere was relaxing and the way she had the table set up, was super comfortable. I left feeling amazing.
