VERY grateful to Dr. Daly for recommending a gram of L-Lysine twice daily between meals. I noticed a big positive difference that same night. Now at least 90% of that horrible itching is gone-AND no more clumps of hair in the shower!

I walked into the office and before I could sit down, they took me right in. Dr. Daly started me on this product to help my hair grow back and it I got huge results in 8 months. He’s professional and checks everything. My eife just made an appointment with him.

Update-Stopped going here cause the staff is super rude especially the billing dept. They almost sent me to collections for a $30 co pay which I shouldn’t of had cause it was from my secondary insurance not my primary which doesn’t have a co pay and secondary insurance doesn’t collect co pay unless they are used as primary. Then the girl In billing was trying to tell me, my husband and the actual insurance company rep who called there personally to explain that we were all wrong. Told Dr Daly and he wasn’t nice about it either. First he was like who was it in billing and then after speaking to her cause the billing office was across from the exam room came back in and started yelling at me saying I was wrong. It’s secondary insurance I was trying to get u guys paid more money for each visit and I ended up almost getting screwed. Never again will I be coming here.

Have loved Dr. Daly for years now and today met a new Dr. Neuberger – she wouldn’t take no from the insurance company and exhausted every measure she could to make sure my daughter could get a medicine she really needs. Her bedside manner with a teenager was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about the length she (and her nurse) went to to make sure we had the best care possible.

The front desk lady who answers the phone and signs patients in/charges the copay has a bad attitude. You can tell she been their too long. When you call she is dismissed and short, quick to tell you someone will call you back just to get you off the phone. I never get a call back and I’ve had to call multiple times about the same thing. She has charged me more than what my copay is, twice. She need to retire or get a new job. She lacks professionalism and has zero customer service skills. Why have someone like that be the face of your office? I go here only get my face cream prescription once a year or when the refills run out. I don’t expect this office to be able to do anything more than that. If I had a serious dermatological issue, I would go somewhere else. Not mainly due to the doctor since he prescribed a cream that was effective at address my concern but the culture in the office mainly from that front desk. Oh, and she picks and chooses who she will be friendly or nice to.

The doctor and nurses was amazing. Called to get my prescription updated and the secretary/ receptionist Melissa was very rude. Yes I had a bad connection and she hung up on me. But when I called back instead of her apologize she went back and forth me and stated “she don’t care.” I will not be retuning there every again. This Melissa woman was disrespectful. She lacks professionalism and has zero customer service skills. Why have someone like that be the face of your office? I never write bad reviews but hey Happy New Year!!

Dr. Tan and nurses are AWESOME. Very professional and explained to me everything in details. But I have to wait 1 hour for my scheduled appointment. My appointment was as 3:50 PM and I end up seeing the doctor at 5:10 PM. Was not treated profesional by the secretary or clerical staff.

One of the worst doc clinic and never seen such a unprofessional doc as Dr Daly. Why is he even a doc, who even gave him the license to practice. I think he needs to go back to med school and learn how to treat patients. He is the worst doc I have even been to in my life!!!!
