Helen is very nice and accommodating for me. Never have to wait long. Prices and service is excellent. I like it short on sides so clippers on sides and scissors and thinning shears on top. Also sometimes my eyebrows can get overgrown so she trims and cleans up back and neck. Hairstyling, Haircut

Our family has been seeing Andy since 2000 when he worked at the salon in Aliso Viejo before be opened Garbo’s with his wife. Andy is very talented and honest enough to tell you what type of cut and color will look best on you. We came in during the week without an appointment for a cut and color for my wife and Andy made time to see her. She’s super happy with her look, so we’ll be back again.

Got my hair cut last week with Andy, and today ahir styled (wash and blow dry) with Dennis. I loved the haircut Andy gave me and the style with Dennis today. Super sweet and friendly, and trust me, they are professional and know what they are doing. My hair is curly and frizzy so not always easy for the right cut and style. Iam definitely only coming here from now on. There is another stylist by the name of Helen who also did a wonderful cut and color on a gal that was there. Great place for all hair services! My go to place for sure from now on!

Critical: ProfessionalismI took my 9year old daughter for haircut, there was a “Cool Cuts for kids” salon around the same shopping Center, unfortunately it was closed and I saw this “Garbos Salon” I decided to go there, there was an old hairstylist name Andy, with him was his assistant, you can tell he is new, he could barely hold scissors in his hand, I asked this Andy I don’t want this man cut my daughter hair, can he or other hairstylist do it, he said “No I am busy” Make is short! This guy messed up my daughter hair…. 🙁 he even didn’t understand any word in English, I asked him just cut a little bit of her bang, he make it toooooo short:( not even all over hair:( Then this Andy came and current his stupid assistant messed!I was so frustrated If it wasn’t for my daughter I will never pay , he charge me $20 full price!!! Not professional! Stay away from this Andy and his assistant! I went in for a hair TRIM. I let Andy know that I wanted less than an inch, an inch at the absolute most. Just a trim. I have long hair that I have been growing out during the last year. He said yes, ok. As he started cutting he showed me the amount and I said No that is way too much. I want less than an inch. I saw some hair on the ground and asked if that was my hair. The owner walked by and stopped I said is that my hair on the ground. He said no it was from the last client. I said because that is way too much I only want a trim, less than an inch. They both said ok. I had my head down as he cut when I looked up I had 3 1/2 inches cut off!!!!!!!

I called ahead of time and asked, DO YOU GUYS DO FADES, the lady said, anything you want. So we show up, and show her the picture. She was very kind , everything is going well. Suddenly she said she’s done. And I look at my child, omG, what . I said this is not what we asked for. “I don’t have the machines for it, and he kept moving his head” I said I called and you said you could do fades. That’s why I called ahead. She continued to call us rude and that we just didn’t want to pay ($15) No actually, we just wish we never walked into this place. My son has a birthday party to go to, the lines are bad, its just not even close not even close to the picture. Its not a professional place . a salon that can’t to a cut should tell you, we dont don’t do that here. Not ruin someone’s hair. I’m very upset at how all three employes could not keep composure or professionally handle things. Just tell people when you can’t do a job.

I called them to see wait time around 6l5 and they said they could do 630. I was hoping for earlier but I figured I would have my kids to tge park. I showed up at 625 and the guy was still cutting someone else’s hair and asked if I could wait 25 minutes because the other guy “left.” What is the point of scheduling anything? I will never go back here and highly suggest you look elsewhere.
