Gantt’s Barber Shop

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSon had a 10:00 am appointment in which Barber didn’t show up. My appointment was supposed to follow at 10:30. I which would’ve put us way behind in the day. Barber didn’t show up for the 10:00 AM then the barber still charged me $20 for my 10:30 in which would’ve been late also. We drove from Elizabethtown to Louisville.

I had an appointment and he was on the phone arguing with someone. He continued to have this argument while cutting my hair as he preceded to push my hairline back. And I had him work on my facial hair and he asked me to slouch in his chair (The Barber across from me pulled his chair back for his customer, while I had to sit down slouching with the back of my head laying at the top of the headrest. At the end of my haircut he held the mirror up in front of my face very fast so that I couldn’t see how he pushed my hairline back and had my hairline uneven. I will never step foot back in that barbershop due to my experience with him and I suggest that no one else goes to Suge as well.I can’t speak for the other Barbers, but do not go to Suge.
