Stephanie and Anna are amazing talented hairdressers. I have been a very happy customer with SoCap hair extensions for nearly three years because the product reliability, luster, and longevity. Stephanie is not licensed to do hair extensions only trained by the owner. When doing my keratin extensions which are supposed to be the safest damage free extensions get install was done improperly and she put full extensions on little to almost no hair causing all the hair to fall out by the root. The owner agreed it was done improperly however instead of trying to make it right they stated they would no longer do my hair bc I was unhappy. Well yeah I’m unhappy I spent $1500 for extensions bc I had damage and was trying to let it heal and instead you caused worse damage. I would never recommend this salon and make sure before you get extensions that you go to a licensed professional bc Stephanie is only trained not licensed.
