Wow what a great experience at Gangnam Spa !! Just what we needed after attending a friends wedding in town. Hannah who did my facial was excellent. Very attentive and great at massages and pressure points!! Would definitely recommend this if you are in St. Louis!

Very pleased and so was my granddaughter who I did this for her birthday. She was pleased with how soft her face was and that she had a glow too. She had Emily who had a ball with her. I’ve gone 4 times now and get treated like a VIP customer here. Had microneedling done, facial, deep tissue massage, and body slimming treatments. Jamie and Heidi really take their time and go above and beyond. Moon, the owner is really knowledgeable and spent a half hour giving me a skin consultation using a skin analysis machine. Finally a medical spa that is really cutting edge. I love it here and have decided to join their membership.
