Also leaving the session I paid for to greet customers (WHAT) The owner needs to replace this staff. Therapist “likely not” stood in my way when I tried to leave because she wanted more money. I had to put my hand to my head like making a phone call and said I will call the police now get out of my way. Therapist “likely not” stood in my way when I tried to leave because she wanted more money. Good massage. Didn’t like that I had to pay before receiving it. Also, when I had her run my card for a tip, the lady argued that she wanted $20 instead of the $10 I was going to tip her. I found that so annoying that I was tempted to just take my card and walk away without leaving her a tip. She kept pushing for the $20, which she did not get. Next time, if I decide to give them another chance, if they argue with me about my tip, I just won’t tip them. It may seem mean, but that is no way to treat a customer. Especially if the customer was already leaving a 16% tip.

Critical: ProfessionalismIt seems odd that three Asian massage businesses all went under one roof. Royal Thai, Professional Chinese Massage Therapy, and Gangnam. I guess they felt there might be protection in numbers, but the actions of the masseuse’s tell the truth. Having to pay up front before services are provided, should be a huge red flag, and begging for a larger tip is another red flag of illegal activity. I guess they felt there might be protection in numbers, but the actions of the masseuse’s tell the truth. Having to pay up front before services are provided, should be a huge red flag, and begging for a larger tip is another red flag of illegal activity.
