I have been to many other dermatology offices in the area in the past and none of them have compared to my experience at Ganger. They work so closely with their patients and are extremely easy to contact. They always call back and even call to make check ins. I’ve never found a healthcare center so nice and helpful like Ganger. HIGHLY recommend!

I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve always been a good, friendly office. However recently I had an incident where my insurance changed and I went in to have a simple procedure done for warts on my hands that I have had done a dozen times and since turning 26 my insurance changed and I did not realize how astronomical the procedure fee would go up. I did not think something as simple as a dot of medicine on a wart would cost $150 with insurance considering in the past it was only about $35.. That being said, I now know I need to look in to my insurance more however I wish the office would have been more transparent with me and tell me it would be that expensive with my new insurance because in knowing that bit of information I would not have had the procedure done at that cost. Just be careful that they will not disclose costs here beforehand and surprise bills could happen.

BEST DERMATOLOGY PRACTICE! I have been to several dermatologists over the years, but this practice is exceptional. Dr. Rondina is the only dermatologist who was able to help my skin. Furthermore, the practice was Covid-cautious, timely, and respectful. My husband sees Dr. Do and says she is his favorite doc ever. The staff is top-notch as well. Thank you Ganger Dermatology!

Dr. Rondina is great. She saved my life a couple of years ago and I’m forever in her debt. Have been going there for skin exams and routine procedures, and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. She’s a very kind person with a gentle but thorough manner. The staff is great also. Very courteous and helpful. I drive out of my way to go there and I highly recommend!

I am impressed with Ganger: they are punctual, professional and friendly. They are also the only dermatologists in AA who actually returned my calls. Besides the pleasant interactions with the medical staff, I love how flexible they are with rescheduling right now. One time this led to a little mix up, which was quickly resolved.

I have been a patient of Ganger Dermatology Wixom for several years. I have been so impressed with how punctual they are with every appointment. There have been no excuses for anything, they are simply always on time. Once you are into the examine room the doctor is in within 3 minutes every single time. The entire staff is also extremely courteous, respectful, and very pleasant. Unfortunately, these days that kind of experience seems to be rare, but here it is the daily standard.

I had to have “Mohs surgery” for skin cancer and I was very anxious about it. It was done by Dr. Timothy Johnson, and he was assisted by Ethan (I’m really sorry, I can’t remember his last name). From the moment I entered the clinic to the time I left, everyone was so kind and reassuring. The people who greeted me, did my intake, and handled the paperwork were all great – super helpful, courteous, efficient, and compassionate. If you’re not familiar with the Mohs procedure, they take off a layer of skin, then analyze it in the lab to see if they got all the cancer or if they need to go back and take more tissue. That way they get it all but don’t remove more tissue than they have to. While I was waiting for the lab analysis, I was made very comfortable and was even offered beverages and snacks. At each stage Ethan and Dr. Johnson explained what they were doing and why, and what was going to happen next. It really eased my anxiety. When I left, Dr. Johnson gave me his contact info (including his cell number!) and told me to call him if I experienced any problems. My surgery was on a Friday and he made sure I knew I could call him even if something came up over the weekend. The next day (yes, on a Saturday!) Ethan called to ask how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns. It was clear that he really cared and was not just going through the motions. All in all I could not have been happier with my experience. I felt like I was in good hands and was very well taken care of. The surgical site has healed very nicely and looks much better than I expected. I will not hesitate to use the Ganger clinic again if I need other procedures in the future, and I heartily recommend them. They made what could have been a very traumatic experience much easier.
