The entire team at Ganger Derm in Plymouth is excellent. Leah is among the best with cosmetic services and procedures, and I love how she and Dr. Iacco work together. Dr. Iacco is excellent – she sets the friendly, listening, and patient focused ways of working at the office. Dr. Iacco is knowledgeable and takes time to listen, consult and works with patients on the right treatments.

You can never get ahold of anyone to make an appointment. I’ve been calling for 3 days straight with no call back. If you can’t accept appointments for an existing patient – at least call to let them know this! So disappointing!

Really upset at the quality and lack of professional care this office provides. I got to my appointment 5 minutes early then was told to wait my in my car, which I was in for 20 minutes. Then taken inside into the room where I waited another 15 minutes. Spoke with the doctor for maybe 5 minutes and she did not perform any tests or anything besides sit in the chair and say take these. I asked before my appointment and after my appointment if there was going to be any charge with my insurance. She told me no and that I am good to go. A week later the medicine she prescribed to me cause swelling and severe burning due to the medication she gave me being too high and not starting me off small. They then send me a 200$ bill for a 5 min examination and say this is the amount due through insurance. A walk in has to pay 125$ so clearly up charging because I have insurance. Honestly, wish I could give negative stars as this was the most unprofessional dermatologist I have been to. I do not recommend at all you are better off going online and looking up treatments because that’s basically what it looks like they are doing and just charging a large amount for no reason.

Dr. Iacco was prompt, friendly and professional. She performed a thorough exam and answered all my questions. The front desk and assistant staff were both warm and efficient; the facility, although currently being remodeled, was clean and comfortable.

Today, I took my 4-year-old son to see Dr. Megan Iacco, MD. because he had a growth on his chest (haemangioma). My little one was nervous and fearful of having it removed, but Dr. Iacco and her assistant (nurse? PA?) were so patient, kind and engaging with my son. The process was quick and he was so happy to have it removed and even happier to go home with some toys and fruit snacks! I have had the best experiences with everyone at this dermatology office. I highly recommend it.

I wish every medical office I have been to was like Ganger. From the first phone call I have had with the office I knew I was in great care. The staff was so welcoming from the second I walked into the door until I left. You truly are in the best care with Ganger. Dr. Do and her medical assistant reassured me that I was going to be ok after a skin procedure and appreciate them beyond words. They truly made the process so easy and I cant wait to go back soon.

Wow! I am impressed. I had my first appointment with Dr. Iacco today. I went in for a full scan to check moles & such and she was so knowledgeable & I felt like I learned so much. My daughter also had an appt and after finishing with me, she sat with my daughter, looked her in the eye and introduced herself. She made my daughter feel important & that means a lot to me as a mom. She had to remove a mole for my daughter & Dr Iacco was very kind & patient & worked quickly. I highly recommend this practice. Also her assistant was very amazing & inquisitive, they made a great team!
