Not a pleasant experience, my friends and i purchased a gift voucher for one of our friends birthday several MONTHS ago and nobody answers the phone despite the voicemails and emails left. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI was looking for a deep-tissue massage to relieve my chronic neck/back pain which is followed by horrible tension headaches due to an car accident a couple years back. I have horrible posture as well due to the pain and weight of my breast constantly weighing me down. Irina dished the upmost benevolent and welcoming atmosphere upon entering her work space. My temperature was checked and mask remained on until I was on the table where she invited me to remove my mask if I was comfortable doing so. As for the massage, her hands were magic! I personally enjoy deeper pressure for my massages and Irina delivered. My end result: me leaving happy & excited from the pain relieving relaxation experience. After the massage she provided me with some insight on her observations and recommended to incorporate more daily stretching. The best analogy I can give to further explain my experience is a crumbled up paper (me before) vs a brand new sheet (me after). Found this spot based on a quick Google search and so glad I did! Irina was very kind and patient with my indecisiveness of which services to get. Eventually I chose to get a full body scrub, deep tissue massage and a facial. The experience was extremely relaxing and so very much needed – from the aromas of the scrub to the meditative music playing in the background to Irina’s powerfully soothing hands. Slept like a baby last night after how wonderfully she relieved the tension off my body. Woke up this morning with my face and body feeling so soft and rejuvenated. Highly recommend Ganesha Spa to anyone and everyone!
