I called in yesterday to inquire with the doctor if this facility did a specific kind of treatment. I was informed that “I needed to come in to have questions answered” I mentioned that this question would determine if the facility was able to do the procedure and thus warrant a visit, to avoid going there and finding out they didn’t. The girl on the phone said the doctor was on lunch but she would call me back that day to answer that question. No call. I called again today and was told that again, I needed to come before they would answer any questions. I asked if I could just have the call I was promised yesterday. “We’re short staffed, I can’t make you any promises.” Good to see the front desk staff running such hard defense so the doctor doesn’t have to have a 30 second call.

Dr. Gammons is by far the most down to earth and compassionate doctor that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients and the level of service that she provides and that is evident in the appointments you will have with her as well as any follow ups. She truly does care about each and every patient and every experience. I have a lot of acnes all over my body and Dr. Gammons always very thorough and has helped me to catch spots early that were very easy to take care of because they were caught early. I am truly grateful to have found her and I think you will see by all of the amazing reviews that I am not the only one that feels that way. I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment, it’s always easy to get an appointment, and I never feel rushed with her during my appointments. I appreciate doctors like Dr. Gammons and I am thankful to have found her!

This is the best dermatologist you will find in Michigan… maybe even the entire US! I highly recommend everyone to go see Dr. Gammons. She is one of the most intelligent person I have ever met and knows everything about SKIN!!! She genuinely cares about people and always wants to provide the best care to her patients. Dr Gammons has been my Dermatologist for the better part of 5 years; they have gone above and beyond for my needs in regards to Psoriasis (shout out to Julie) and the art of getting on biological meds and the daunting task of staying on them. Dr Gammons is a straight shooter, she has a very practical approach to practice and her overall ethos is if it ain’t broke don’t fix it and if it ain’t working then quick action and course correction will have to happen.

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt that this was a fairly unprofessional practice; friendly, but incredibly unprofessional, especially during covid. I would expect health care professionals to keep their masks on while speaking to you, and for the front desk receptionist to wear more than a face shield. I came to be treated for an abscess on my ear. Dr gammon’s insisted that it would need several treatments of injections, which made no sense to me because the abscess was full of liquid. It was a cyst that needed to be drained. She insisted that it did not need to be drained and that it would eventually need to be cut off. She said it “may take 10 or 20” injections in order to shrink the abscess so that it could be cut off. After 3 expensive injections and the abscess only growing bigger, it finally popped on its own and I drained it at home. I came back just for some quick antibiotic treatment will never go back again. I’m not sure that Dr. Gammons is really qualified for anything but cosmetic work.

This was my first visit and upon the visit I started to feel very sick. I got dizzy and started to throw up and my blood sugar went low and I felt like I was losing conscious. Everything was spinning and I felt dizzy and the room became dark. I didn’t know but Dr. Gammons’s associats were helping me and holding me from falling. When I tell you i didn’t know what was going on, believe me it was scary and all I was hearing was voices. I couldn’t feel anything in my body. Two people were holding both my arms and one person was holding my chest and someone else was fanning. They gave me some water and I felt much better afterwards. I just feel bad I threw up in the room and they had to clean it. This shows how professional and caring Dr.Gammon and her staff is. I just wanted to say thank you Dr.Gammon and thank you to all the ladies that helped me today. I really didn’t know if I was going to be able to drive back home and I was feeling a bit scared I might have needed to go to the hospital. Thank you so much, you and your staff are truly amazing people. We need more doctor’s and staff members like this in the world. I definitely recommend this place they go above and beyond and I personally first hand experienced this.
