Critical: ProfessionalismMy wife tried taking my three year old son to get his first haircut. They arrived 30 to 35 minutes before closing. As they walked up to the door, someone locked the door and ignored my wife entirely as she was trying to ask if they were closing early. Very unprofessional and rude.

I called on a Friday spoke with a very nice lady. It was last minute and I was told they accepted walk ins..well when I arrived at opening was told that they only do men on Saturdays..really disappointed bc I was told walking are welcome..only to arrive and be turned away bc I was a women.
