I went to here because they were open on a Sunday. I ended up pleasantly surprised. Everyone was so friendly and professional. They greeted most of their customers by name and were so inviting. My nails look phenomenal, they listened to everything I wanted and continuously checked in to make sure I was happy with how they looked while sculpting. They were very thorough making sure all nails were the same shape and length, as well. To top it off, the prices are extremely competitive for the area! I am one happy customer and will be back!

They do very well with eyebrows, but the man in there is so rude. He doesn’t know what he’s doing or how to talk to people. He made my cuticles bleed and I told him that it hurts and he said “ if I relax it wouldn’t hurt” and when he saw my finger bleeding he didn’t apologize for anything. I asked him did he knew how to do an ombré nail and he said yes and tried to give me the ugliest nails ever. In the picture you can see how my cuticles/ skin separated.

Does not stick to posted hours of operation. I’ve stopped by several times during the hours that they have listed both online as well as have posted on their door and they have been closed. Today, as I was walking up to the door of the business a young lady was coming out and locked the door- she said that they are closed for the day because they had been slow. I believe that businesses whether it’s slow or not should remain open during their operating hours unless for weather or other major happenings. Their posted hours are a promise to the customers that they will be open and available -whether it’s several customers or only one. I rushed off of work to make it to this location and was happy that it offered late evening operation hours. I will no longer try to play “tag you’re it” with them.

Beware! I went to get my acrylic nails filled in and they rushed through the entire process. The guy working started my fill in, then in the middle got up and started working on someone else’s nails without saying one word to me. They werent crazy busy, there were 4 or 5 customers and 3 employees. He didnt come back for 10-15 minutes. They were half done so I couldnt walk out, which was probably the plan all along. He not only rushed but he also cut me 5 or 6 times. He didn’t file my nails good, the acrylic is bumpy and not smooth. Its hard to see by the photos but i attached them anyways. I picked a very light pink and after applying 2 coats he started to put the clear coat on, when you could still see my nail underneath, and it was super streaky. I asked him politely to paint a 3rd which I could tell he was annoyed and said something under his breath. After applying the clear coat and my nails were done under the uv light he filed the edges again which I thought was very weird since most nail salons paint the top of your nail. Then he

So yesterday I told the man if he can do hearts on four of my fingers and he said he couldn’t so then I asked him if he can do diamonds on four of my nails so he didn’t . And he told me sb else can do my hearts he was buffering my nails to aggressive that two of my fingers started bleeding and he used something to put on my nails and my fingers was burning bad and don’t go to their nail shop because they to aggressively .

Walking in the place was empty except one lady. I got the spa leg rub and ombré stiletto nails done short. The pedicure was absolutely to die for I couldn’t ask for a better leg rub or foot rub. Got all the dead skin and just had my feet looking amazing. The older lady did the pedicure. Now my nails was a whole different experience and it was horrible. The guy was a younger guy and he was rough and just didn’t do a good job. I had enough super glue on my nails to gorilla glue girl. It took forever to remove the nails and it removed my actual nails. The nails themselves were to thick and looked bad . I was just really upset with the work and the way he did my nails and how he didn’t ask me how I felt about them until they were done. I would recommend the pedicures but skip the nails.

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI made appointments for 2 pedicures – arrived and they mis-booked for only 1. Okay. We waited an hour for a pedicure, very mediocre and rushed even though it was an upgraded deluxe option – disappointing.The next day, we had 2 appointments for 2 of us to get manicures. These were booked correctly – yet we still had to wait 90 minutes because they can’t book well and continue to accept walk-ins???3 colors I picked they could not find/ran out of. Finally end up asking to see ALL colors to pick one.My gel manicure began peeling off within 12 hours. Extremely mediocre, long wait (even with an accurate, noted appointment) and not so clean location.
