Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI booked a reservation with one of the male nail technician for Tuesday(today) at 6:15. I left work at 5:30 so i rushed going to Gallery Nail. I came there at 6:13pm and the girl (she looks like the manager) told me that my requested male technician already left because he feels sick. I said that’s fine, no problem at all. But atleast call me in advance so I don’t need to rush, and i could have the time to find another nail salon near my work. So anyway, the girl manager said “TOO LATE YOU ALREADY ON THE WAY!”. I asked her, what are we going to do? She said “WAIT”. So i sat and wait, they started doing my nails at 6:45 almost 7. Another guy did my nails and he was so unprofessional. He was obviously rushing. There were acrylic residues on my fingers and nails. The application of the nail polish were unproportion. Worse part is, i chose the same color for the nail polish but looks like they used 2 different polish for my hands and feet. Please look at the pictures. I booked a reservation with one of the male nail technician for Tuesday(today) at 6:15. I left work at 5:30 so i rushed going to Gallery Nail. I came there at 6:13pm and the girl (she looks like the manager) told me that my requested male technician already left because he feels sick. I said that’s fine, no problem at all. I’ve been going to this nail salon for almost 2 years now. Donna is the Best, but all the other techs are very good as well! I try to get in once a month minimum, 2 weeks is best. It’s right around the corner and the people and owner are the best and friendliest!Hawk

I got a pedicure on Thursday and my nails looked better when I came in before my appointment. Not only did the nail tech do the gel polish extremely bumpy but she did not properly trim the cuticles or do anything she was supposed to. I had to go to Orlando for the weekend for a conference or I would’ve addressed it right away. ItS Monday and I just called in to get them to fix it and they told me I have to pay the full amount for them to fix my terribly done pedicure. I’ll never go back here again. Terrible service and Tempe quality is a gamble. The owner said she doesn’t care if I leave a bad review and was laughing when I explained to her that I just paid 3 days ago.

I’m Bummed to be writing this poor review. I’ve been coming here for over five years now and it seems to really have gone downhill. I don’t know if they were bought out or what (I notice some of the same people, but not all, and the people managing the place are different). Anyways, it is not very clean anymore, just a dirty look and feel. Half of the massage chairs are broken and old, and they just don’t Take care of the customers anymore.

Decent pedicures, but a Gel manicure will last only 1.5 days. Extremely disappointing. This has happened on multiple occasions. Work quality is poor. Will not be wasting time here for consistently poor Gel Manicure work.

I went to this nail spa to get a gel manicure. It cost 58.00. I gave her 70.00. and gave me the wrong change.The following day the nail chipped. I returned to get it repaired and she was very disrespectful. I got that nail repaired, but the responce l got from her was very suprised and disappointed at how she handled the situation, to my surprise the following day another nail chipped.l refused to go back to get it repaired.I had to get my nails redone at another salon since l had to attend my daughter’s wedding. I have been to this place several times before and sent many of my friends, but l will never recommend them to anyone. Customers beware.

When I passed the next day at my appointment time, Donna was attending another client and she did not even look at me. After 1 hour waiting, she told another girl to do my eyebrows. I told her that the reservation had been done with her not with the other person, she did not care at all.!!!! I left the store finally without being able to do anything. She wasted all my morning time for nothing, worst experience ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!! This place used to be very good but now it’s horrible! The manager lady is very unprofessional and rude. She gives away your appointment even if you’re just 5 minutes late, and when you are early and have to wait she doesn’t apologize.She is just downright rude and nasty. It’s a pity because they have some good manicurist that work there but because of the management I will be looking somewhere else to go, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they change management.
