I’ve been going here for about 2/3 months every 2-3 weeks. I’m not a super picky person because I know that your idea of good will be different than someone else’s, but this is ridiculous. This was after the tech tried 2 other times. I was already there for about 2 hours so I had to leave to run errands. After my fiancé commented on how they looked I knew I had to go back. I was initially going to go to another salon but this was already $50 (fill in). When I went back the manager tried to tell me it’ll be $5 for him to correct them. I let him know this was a complete inconvenience to my day and I will not pay that. He eventually fixed my nails for free, which was not the best but definitely better than this. I hate to leave a negative review but this was just unbelievable. While getting my nails fixed the young lady next to me was also dissatisfied with her service, as her nail tech rolled her eyes and spoke to the other nail techs in the salon. Usually my experience it great but today was enough for me to never come back.

Gallery Nails does amazing work! The manager, Danny, is very professional and always makes sure that you are happy. The salon is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. My favorite technicians are Lee for my feet and Vi Vi for my nails. They also do a great job with my elderly parents! Love these guys! Make sure you check them out!
