When I walked in the salon to check it out I was greeted by the owner in a friendly manner and the staff was super friendly. There are so many long time patrons walk-ins available and they try so hard to be accommodating. Anyway, I have been there ever sense. I love my hair !!! Ted always listens and makes me look better than I deserve to! My color always looks beautiful. The manicures and pedicures and massages have also been top notch. I have been going to this salon almost 10 yrs now. When I walked in the salon to check it out I was greeted by the owner in a friendly manner and the staff was super friendly. There are so many long time patrons walk-ins available and they try so hard to be accommodating. Anyway, I have been there ever sense. I love my hair !!! Ted always listens and makes me look better than I deserve to! My color always looks beautiful. The manicures and pedicures and massages have also been top notch. Critical: Quality, ValueI have never wanted to cry so much over a haircut. I expected so much better for a $60 haircut. They are very friendly and clean but the quality of the haircut was not what I expected. It is shorter than I had truly wanted and despite how many times I mentioned needing thinning and lots of layers they only did a little layering which is uneven when I straighten it so I have to curl it which is way more effort than I want to do on a daily basis. I can’t even go back to get it fixed because it’s already shorter than I want so I have to grow it for a couple months before I can even think about fixing it.I have never wanted to cry so much over a haircut. I have never wanted to cry so much over a haircut. I expected so much better for a $60 haircut. They are very friendly and clean but the quality of the haircut was not what I expected. It is shorter than I had truly wanted and despite how many times I mentioned needing thinning and lots of layers they only did a little layering which is uneven when I straighten it so I have to curl it which is way more effort than I want to do on a daily basis.
