Called and booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance was told a time and confirmed with the lady. Called day of appointment and was told 30 minutes later than original time. This may not be a big deal to most but we have a daughter with special medical needs and the nurse has a schedule she works. This was the only Saturday we had in over a year to get a couples massage and we both were looking forward to it for 3 weeks. Find a better place that has better customer service.

I had a great massage experience and a great hair experience about two days before I got married, and was paired with the SWEETEST stylist and massage therapist! My hair looked absolutely PERFECT in the courthouse and I got so many compliments on the color especially throughout the weekend.

About a YEAR ago I came in for a consultation about a chemical peel. The worker told me that I needed to do an acne facial first because I had some small clogged pores. During the acne facial, she DESTROYED my face with the tool she used. I now have scars all over my face like I once had tons of acne when I have never had acne in my life. I’m still dealing with trying to fix it a year later because it looks awful. I wasn’t going to write a review but seeing as how I’m frustrated this long after because she ruined my skin, I had to warn others. Just don’t go get an acne facial here. Especially if you don’t have acne!!!

First time visit for a facial at this beautiful spa, I was not disappointed with the facial given by Deanne. She is an excellent esthetician, took care of my skin’s needs and addressed any concerns I had. I appreciate her knowledge in the best products to use for my mature skin needs.

The salon was helpful in remedying my daughters unhappiness with her hair. This is more a rating to stylist- she was charged more than anticipated and after being charged for haircut and style. Hair was not styled and she left w a wet head in 30 degree weather.

Absolutely Loved the experience! It was my first time visiting this location. I am not from the area so based on the great online reviews decided with this Spa location and I do not regret it. I definitely recommend it, I had a deep tissue massage by Gail! Absolutely LOVED her and the massage. Even the atmosphere and shop itself was very welcoming. When I walked into the store They greeted me with smiles, asked if I needed any help and offered refreshments. I definitely Will be booking again. 🙂
