I went there and had my hair done by cricket! She did a great job. It took her 5 hours to do my hair. I’m converting my hair to salt and pepper and it was a hard job. She took her time and did great. The girls who work at the galleria are great and nice! My hair was dark brown and I’m tired of dying it because of the gray coming in. They also sell really good hair products!

A wonderful place! I decided for my birthday this year that I would do something a little different. Mostly because everything’s canceled because of Corona! However, I’ve always wanted to go to the spa… So I decided to check out the galleria spa at Century square since I had a co-worker who had bought his girlfriend a gift card there. She had a wonderful time so I decided to try it out.

I had a microdermabrasion facial and had a great experience. The setting for the facial was very relaxing. The staff was courteous and the location was adorable. Some people might not appreciate having to pay to park, but it’s not that bad. I will be going back.

Never again. Multiple issues: (1) Showed up to appt, and stylist had quit/moved away weeks prior. No one had informed me, and neither location coild accommodate me. (2) Called to cancel an appt. 23.5 hours in advance due to being ill. Was told I had to pay 1/2 of my service due to late cancellation (ie not 24 hours). I asked that they discuss with manager. Was then told I would not be charged, but reprimanded to “not let it happen again.” (3) Next appt, I paid for parking. I was told that I should not have paid; that they validate; that they sent out instructions 2 days prior along with appt. confirmation. I told them I never received any instructions. Their response, “well we send it out to everyone.” After my appt. I received an email survey where I explained the issue above. I received a followup email offering 10% off next service, but again was told that they did send me parking information. Aggravated, disappointed, won’t go back.

Went for a pedicure and haircut. Maira did my pedicure and she was wonderful! Very bubbly and professional! Cricket cut my hair and it turned out fabulous. She gave me pointers on taking care of my hair and was very personable! This was my first time there and my last time anywhere else. Very relaxing atmosphere! My new to go to place! Glad I did my research! Thank you ladies!!!

Layla gave me the best pedicure ever today. Typically I feel that most estheticians can be too rough on me when getting pedicures and usually I dread getting them because of this. Layla took the time to ask me if I have particular concerns and preferences, she was gentle and made the experience so comfortable and relaxing. She also has a kind and professional demeanor that put me at ease. I’ll be coming back (and not dreading it!) for a pedicure again soon!!
