Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityA family member scheduled a hair appointment for a particular hairstyle and her regular stylist/staff said they can do it no problem. She showed up for her hair appointment, worked with a different stylist and was unable to do the hairstyle she planned on after showing pictures and discussing this before making the appointment. She had to settle for a different hair color (the tones she wanted they didn’t have in stock). She did not get a haircut or style as she anticipated & left the salon with wet hair. She felt like she had no control with what happened during her hair appointment. I reached out and was expecting a follow up phone call to resolve this issue and never heard anything back.
