I have attempted multiple times on different days to get my nails done with them. I’ve gone when they first opened, during the weekday and one the weekends.Not one time have they been able to take me and waiting has never been an option. It’s quite interesting because they were able to take the person before and after me this time with no reservation when I was told the reason they were unable to take me was because I didn’t have a reservation. I don’t want to assume racism but 4 times with no success seems like it to me.

The two techs who did my nails and a friends were not nice people. The woman who did my nails told me to stop picking my cuticles- because she had to do three coats of polish. Unsolicited but fine. Then she filed the sides of my nails so hard it hurt and one bled and was tender to type with the next day. I poured so much peroxide on each nail. Watch me lose a finger. That is just excessive and unnecessary.The other woman told my friend her nails were too short for nail art. Well that’s just simply untrue. I get my nails done pretty frequently and have had some awesome as well as not so great experiences but I decided I need to start calling them out and stop giving these bullies my money.

Decided last minute to get a manicure here as I was out shopping and wanted a basic manicure. Staff was nice at first but then I did not realize that they did not take Discover. This unfortunately was the only card I had on me at the time so the gentleman doing my nails told me to go to the ATM and get money out. The ATM was not working for my card. I tried a couple other places in the Galleria to see if I could get cash back but they did not offer this. I went back into the nail salon and explained that this was my only form of payment and I wasn’t aware that they didn’t accept this (I should have checked before they started my service, so I take blame for this misunderstanding). The owner, I believe, told the gentleman it was okay to run my card and they accepted the payment. I feel as if they made a bigger deal about it than it needed to be and it made me feel uncomfortable. As I was finishing getting my nails done, an older lady was sitting behind me getting her nails done. The tech (young woman) that was doing her nails, yelled at her and was extremely rude to her. The staff all proceeded to laugh at the older woman as I believe the older woman just couldn’t understand what the tech was trying to say to her. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and sad. After the older woman had left, the staff was talking poorly about this woman and making fun of her.

Melinda always does my nails and she does the best job! I have gotten a pedicure a couple times and always had different people and they all did a great job! The price is right and the ladies are so nice and always remember me and are so nice when I come in. They also offer a discount if paid in cash! Pedicure, Manicure

If zero stars were an option – I would leave a zero. If you have any elderly people in your party who may need accessible accommodations – don’t come here! If you have young kids who want their nails done – don’t come here! However, if you enjoy eyes being rolled at you and being treated poorly because you have someone in your party who needs more accessibility – this is your place. Seriously, don’t come here. It’s terrible. Nails are sloppy, people are beyond rude, and so very much unlike Pittsburgh where most are kind and accommodating. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER. Will never be back. I cannot stress enough how rude everyone who works here is.

Definitely don’t recommend. Pedicure was great but manicure was terrible. I have cuts and bruises all over my fingers and hands. I was shamed multiple times for the way my toes looked and fingers despite saying multiple times my doctor told me not to get them done and that felt like I had to defend myself bc the tech wouldn’t stop bringing it up. I take care of myself but the tech made me feel like it wasn’t enough. Telling me I need to come in once a month or more. Made me feel uncomfortable multiple times and now I’m even more upset bc my fingers are sore and I have cuts on multiple finger tips and cuticles.

My total was $55, I left him a $10 tip, I’m not sure if that was too low or what, but he wouldn’t acknowledge me after the exchange of money, snubbed me, and wouldn’t make eye contact. I told him to have a great day, and he walked away very rudely. He had been talking to me here and there through out the appointment so it was weird and made me feel uncomfortable. They could not manage their time and made me continually move around the salon in order for different people to do my nails.
