Clean, friendly and professional but at the same time very down to earth. Massage with Echo is so rejuvenating I try to do it once a month. Facials, pedicure, manicure and waxing are all done with professional care. And HAIR, well I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I went there with a Groupon for a Facial and 60 min massage…AMAZING experience!! Was never a fan of the hair stylists but the other side of the Galleria was an awesome time. The facial was amazing and the massage therapist was so good that I ended up signing up for the monthly massage package! Only 49.99 for the first 3 months and ONLY 59.99 going forth a month for 60 minute. The massage therapists are very professional and listen 100% to what you need and want done, most massage therapists ignore me when I ask for a 90% back focused massage but not here they listen completely to what I wanted.

I wouldn’t rate this spa not for one star at least…your prices are beyond expensive and ridiculous..what kind of spa is this that gives you a regular manicure 3x’s the price than what it should be? and a pedicure that’s double the price?…Just because it’s fancy that doesn’t mean your prices for a poor regular mani & pedi should be outrageous…I will not encourage my friends or family to go there…how do u think you suppose to have a large count on customers with these kind of prices?..
