Got a couples massage done with my fiancée. She had Jerry, an older man, do her massage. He pulled her underwear down, crossing a boundary, and making her extremely uncomfortable. This man should not be employed in this role. Previous reviews indicate the same treatment from Jerry.

Booked a massage for myself and husband for 75 minutes each. I looked at my watch when we started and when it ended it was 60 minutes not 75. The manager said not according to her watch, so I was forced to pay the 75 minutes instead of the 60. I won’t be going back, which is unfortunate, because the massages were nice.

Scheduled a couples massage and Mary and Jamie took great care of us! Entered in through the hotel and just needed to take an elevator down and follow the signs. It’s a nice space, very calming as you’d expect. My wife really enjoyed Mary’s deep tissue massage and she really listened to what was needed. Jamie used hot stones for mine and definitely helped to work out some kinks in my shoulders and back. The champagne and chocolates afterwards were great too! Definitely would recommend!
