It was Christmas Eve and besides me showing up late to my appointment, Courtney honored it, she listened to what it was that I wanted and answered all of my questions with professionalism. I got an eyebrow wax, cut and Full highlights done and I am absolutely giddy at how good my hair looks! I also want to say thank you to another patron of this business that took care of my whole bill!! That was the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me!!! I don’t know why Courtney received bad reviews on here, she was an absolute pleasure and did a fantastic job on my hair!! It was Christmas Eve and besides me showing up late to my appointment, Courtney honored it, she listened to what it was that I wanted and answered all of my questions with professionalism. When the length was to long I asked for her to go shorter but then she said I measured before we started and was mad because I wasn’t happy with the length, And she kept making the comb snag my glasses down were it kept getting stuck on my nose ring and that really hurt, and when she was brushing my hair was doing it so rough. Over all bad experience go some where else.

When I go in I usually get Courtney to wax my eyebrows because she just happened to be the first stylist I ever had there, and she did an amazing job. One day I went in and Courtney wasn’t there, and some other lady did it and she did amazing as well. (I wish I could remember her name) Courtney has also done an all over dye on my hair, and high lights, and she did a great job! I’ve never had terrible service here, I’ve also tanned here! I’m pregnant now so I haven’t been it for anything in literally 8 months but I can’t wait to have my baby boy and go back in! I love it, and I ALWAYS refer my friends.

Galaxy is a great place to go. I have been going to Denise the owner for 9 years and she really listens to what you want to do to your hair whether your just trimming your hair or getting a new style. She is great !! Great tanning beds too !

So obviously my mom and I went back up to try and get, not all, but some of our money back and the lady refused. So obviously my mom and I went back up to try and get, not all, but some of our money back and the lady refused. I went to get my hair cut there and i will never go again I have short hair and had to go back because she didn’t have time to blow dry and style my hair! So I want home and did it my self when I got done my hair was so choppy that I cried! So I went back down to galaxy told her I wanted it BLENDED together so she tried again but again still not what is suppose to be so needless to say I do not recommend this place to anyone with short hair or long hair! My sister got her hair done at the same time and got 8 inches cut off was not even at all! Then charged her 10$ just to blow dry it! I couldnt believe it so if your looking for a particular luck then I wouldn’t go here but if you don’t mind looking like a four-year-old cut your hair well then that’s your place!

Courtney is the worst their if you get her I would ask for another person. Completely messed up my hair wasted 110 dollars for nothing and she scammed me when it was only supposed to be 90! Do not go there save your money and hair thank me later.
