This was the worst experience I have ever had with getting my nails done. When I say this place don’t even deserve one star. The man that said he was a manager and wouldn’t give me his name did my nails. He was very rude and unprofessional. His work is horrible and trust to think he’s a nail artist. The place was nasty, the counter top looked as if he hadn’t been wipe down in months. I didn’t realize it until he had put the nails on and starting to clip them and my arm touch the counter. This is one place I will never step foot in again. After I told him I’m a customer and these are my hands I can tell you if it’s not the way I wanted them so he decided to tell me he didn’t need my money and I could go somewhere else. #Noted I’m supposed to have the cat eye polish you can hardly see it. I just advise people go somewhere were people appreciate your business. We work entirely too hard to be spending money with people that don’t appreciate or value us spending our money with them.

The place is clean and bright. Staff were very experience and respectful. This is definitely my favorite place to get my nails and toes done. I absolutely LOVED my experience at Galaxy Nail. I will definitely be back. Definitely recommend to all of my friend sand family in the area.

0/10 would not recommend!!! Went in for a soak off and new set.. some man asked what I wanted and when I told him he fanned me away and put another customer in front of me! I left and took my money to USA nails in Cleveland. Best decision ever. Galaxy nails= Very rude!!!

Now I know what I ask for n that was not to round out my nails I wanted them square, because I use my hands alot for the type of work I do so naturally they would become more dull. N my polish something told me to wait on the lady one of the customers was bragging on but that wait time was ridiculous. 1st time ever going to that nail salon will be my last 1st impression is the last impression. All the pictures on here caught my attention but dang false advertisement.

Went here at the suggestion of my sister and will never go back. The woman named Tammy did my one of my fingernails wrong and I ended up with a toe infection on my right foot. Finally lanced it and blood and pus has been coming out for nearly 30 minutes now.

Don’t waste your time! I walked into this nail shop and no one greeted me or asked what service I was interested in. Finally when the first nail tech finished a customer I was greeted. The nail tech told me he couldn’t file a crooked nail to look as straight as possible. He just refused and only told me he could just cut the nail. Poor customer service and zero satisfaction. I took my money elsewhere and recommend others to do the same!
