This was my first visit to Galaxy Nails and I absolutely loved my experience! My husband and I did an impromptu mani/pedi date and stopped here because we were in the shopping center. The spa was very clean and organized. The staff is very pleasant and helpful! I did not catch the young ladies name who assisted my husband, but she was friendly and helpful. My technician was Henry, and he went above and beyond my expectations!! I have not had a professional manicure in years! His talent is absolutely stunning! I legit wanted to cry Happy tears when I saw my nails! Thank you all so much for adding to my birthday week festivities!! Peace and Blessings to you!

I’ve been to this salon couple times and i always had the best experience. The salon just looks so beautiful inside and everyone seems really nice! They offered me drinks and checked if the water temperature was fine. Everybody did great job on my nails. They also made sure that i would like the color that i picked!

Went as a walk in for 2 pedis. We were taken straight to the chairs. Both associates were nice and the service and experience was great. Atmosphere is pretty and prices are reasonable. Would go back again for more pedis.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but galaxy nails is a place I will not go back to due to my experience with other family members I had with me. First, my family member called this morning and they claimed we were able to get us in at the same time right then. However, they had two guys available they ended up doing the three of us and they did not do a great job. I don’t know names but they were both super rude to my family members who were MINORS and even getting offended when asking them to repeat things. One getting fed up by one of my family members who is a not even a teenager, asking them if they spoke English due to how she wasn’t able to understand this person. But more importantly we all came out of there with crooked and knicked skin acrylic nails (literally one of mine was noticeably messed up and much shorter then the other nails that the man I had didn’t try to fix it) and each of us having super inconsistent pricing (none of us did designs either). The only reason why I’m giving it two stars instead of one star is because the female nail artists in there seemed to do a very good job and the owner was pretty apologetic.
