I made a 10:30 appointment a week prior, drove from Clackamas for the appointment to be told I have to wait. 40 minutes later I’m finally seen. She kept saying my eyes are “ difficult” when I have done extensions for years and never once had an issue. The lashes are uneven ( a barista even mentioned when I stopped by for coffee afterwards) they’re NOT at all what I asked for and she rushed when her 1:00pm client showed up on my second eye. In general very disappointed. I’m leaving on a vacation and feel I just wasted by money and don’t look good at all.

Staff was very nice but I paid $50 for dip powder that looked horrible, they were bumpy, had scratches all over and they cut my nails down so short and uneven. Im so mad I spent my time and money here.

Three weeks ago it was fabulous but my beautiful nail artist girl is gone. The owner is running a newbie sweatshop as she only oversees her new employees and does eyelashes. They wear Gucci just an fyi and are dressed to match. Took 2 hours for a fill. And I was told they can’t paint a simple plam tree. She said ” I can’t do that and nobody else can. Not even a white ombre underneath I do something else and tried to force me to like it. I do your eyebrow make you pretty.” What tha actual hell is going on there. Umm no so I walked out been a weekly customer for even a polish change. I’ll never go back customer service sucks. And she still tried to charge me 45. for a fill that wasn’t finished. I’d never recommend this place even 10/10 is a step up but not far. Disgusted!!
