Came to get my nails done for prom and it just did not look nice. Called my sister right away to ask them if they could fix them bc I don’t like to speak up. She asked if they could get fixed and they said no. So she asked if they could remove them. Still was a no so finally when we asked for the money back that’s when he said he could remove them. The whole time he had an attitude and was being rough. Payed $55 just for a bad experience and to end up with no nails.

Don’t let this place fool you into thinking it’s a nice relaxing place to do your nails… the staff is rude and completely unprofessional… if your looking for a nice relaxing place with great customer service this is not it! Come here for a decent set as long as you’re willing to tolerate the bad attitudes and unprofessionalism.. i asked before the acrylic was put on and color of they could fix one nail that was a bit crooked to me and the man started yelling and refused to finish.. he made me wait almost an hour for someone else to finish which my nail was never even fixed.. looks beautiful but not very cleanly either..

UPDATE: So you guys see that they said to call and that they would fix my nails right? Well guess who just called and they said that since it’s been over 5 days already they can do nothing unless I want to be charged. Who the heck has ever heard of a GEL manicure chipping and straight up peeling off after just 6 or 7 days? Not me. So you know what you guys just lost a customer. Thanks for nothing and charging me extra money for a manicure that was worth nothing. I should have just stuck with regular polish if it was going to start acting like regular polish.

They give really bad service! An older lady there has an attitude and she’s rude as well she and the owner started assuming I wasn’t going to pay for her bad service they do not help you at all when you request help ! Don’t let this place fool you girls ! Bad experience

Older Short Lady really Rude. Rushed my pedicure , didn’t clean under my nails and when I brought it to her attention raised her voice at me , tried to kick me out , threatened me to call the cops cause i didn’t want to give her $25 for Unfinished work. Dont book they dont validate appointments, let me tell u I booked over Google the day before, left work early to make my appt. Well didnt matter if u have appt, walk ins get luckier than I did. Not wiping down waiting rm chairs, no cleaning brushes to clean hands. Nails r OK but not something I like, didnt even ask for shape and how they try to get gel. Asked me about 6 times if I wanted gel but didn’t ask shape. They do good work but I will not be going back
