my toe is now infected after receiving a pedicure from here. i have been here many times before, but the lady i had this time was extremely unprofessional. instead of having a relaxing pedicure, it was painful and not fun. paid extra to get a nice pedi and i got the exact opposite. she was digging at my skin so hard it started to bleed. after my toe nail was covered in blood she kept digging and it was extremely painful. if someone’s bleeding you should ask if they’re okay and stop the service, not just keep digging and making it bleed more. so disappointing because i brought my grandma with me and she was also not happy with how she was treated. thought i found my nail place, but i guess i was wrong. you can see how my right toe is extremely irritated and swollen, it’s been over 24 hours since i got the pedicure and it’s still swollen.

Great getting us appointments day of, we were seated within a couple minutes of waiting and the salon is kept really clean, everything is nice, and they have a wide variety of colors. But, the two guys who did our pedicures didn’t speak to us at all from start to finish, were super rough and aggressive with moving our feet/legs around/cutting nails/filing etc. Then while getting my nails done the lady doing them burnt me with the drill and said sorry it’s because your nails are lifting. So I asked if it’s time I just get a new full set, and she said no you can get that next time….? Overall, just not a friendly welcoming vibe at all and definitely not the experience I would have expected being we were first time customers there. Would not go back.

This place is so wonderful. It’s relaxing and enjoyable. They have an excellent color and service selection. They move at a quick pace to get through lots of people but I never felt rushed. I definitely recommend a visit here.

I’ve had a bad experience the last few times I’ve gone to Galaxy. Most recently, a gel manicure that lasted less than a week. The gel literally started to peel off in sheets. They offered to fix it, which I appreciated since I paid over $100 plus tip for a gel manicure & pedicure. I went back in they were so rude to me. I won’t go back.

I have gone here for a couple years to get my nails done and loved them. Today thought I would try a pedicure and it was the worst customer service and not great nail painting. Because of this I might just have to take my business else where. Nail tech was rude and did not even want to try the nail flower design I wanted or have someone else. Left there with disappointment, irritation and toes not to my liking.
