Very friendly, courteous, and professional staff. The salon is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and all proper hygiene protocols are followed. My nail technician was super sweet and was really good at her job. Every technician was focused on the customer they had and paid close attention to them. Lots of service options. They do not accept walk-ins so appointments are required. Tips are cash-only.

My friend and I drove from out of town, about 50 minutes because we had been wanting to try this place for awhile! This was our first visit and will be our last. First, we made an appointment at 9. Since we were coming from out of town, I think we ended up being like 6 min late. They called me, left a voicemail and marked me as a no show all in 6 min. When we got there, they still saw us thank goodness but the receptionist was very rude and over talked me when I was trying to explain that I didn’t answer my phone because I was driving. I also tried telling her that when I made the appointment I told them I’d probably be like 5 min late and they said that was okay. But, she wouldn’t listen. Lastly, the pedicure service that we got was trash. The water was cold and they didn’t massage well like other places do. It felt rushed. I’m giving them a star just for the appearance of the place otherwise they wouldn’t get any stars. Horrible service.

Very enjoyable experience. Hard to get an appointment that isn’t during the weekdays while I’m supposed to be at work, but when I finally got in, the staff was so pleasant, the atmosphere was relaxing, and my gel manicure looked beautiful for weeks.

The nail tech constantly asked me if I liked the color, if I liked the shape, which proves a high emphasis on customer satisfaction! The nail tech took extra care to preserve my nail bed being that it was my 3rd set of dip nails and my nail was long but thin, I really liked the attention to detail there! The highest note I will say is that unlike 2 of the other nail salons in town, this place uses the dip top coat like they are supposed to, vs other nail salons that put a clear gel top coat on top of dipped nails (not the correct method for dip nails).
