Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityNail tech rushed the gel painting and drying process and layers of polish chipped the same night and also got all over my sweatshirt. I also did not find the place particularly well kept or hygienic and the nail tech wasn’t very gentle. She had very long nails so I feel like it made it harder for her to do my nails gently as she burned me with the drill and filed the side of my fingers. I also wouldn’t recommend coming here if you don’t want to make conversation as the tech was very chatty. Nail tech rushed the gel painting and drying process and layers of polish chipped the same night and also got all over my sweatshirt. I also did not find the place particularly well kept or hygienic and the nail tech wasn’t very gentle. I had an older Asian lady do my manicure. She used dirty instruments and her work station was filthy. She was quick with my manicure and hurried along quickly. She wasn’t very friendly at all. The place has become very dirty and they do change the prices… it’s never the same for the same service at various times. I’ve been there three times and each time they quote different prices. They do not tell you a price before anything..

I always go and get my eyebrows done by Kelly and get many compliments. Seems as though when it comes down to getting a pedicure and nails they are in a hurry and does sloppy work. My nails were done by Tony and they were horrible. When I came back for them to be fixed he had a attitude. This wasn’t the first time this has happened. Won’t be doing business there anymore. TOO RUDE.

I have been a client with this business since they opened, even patronizing them before they branched out on there own, worked at (Majestic Nails) with in-laws. In the beginning things were well and service was quality, as you would expect with any new business. However, after gaining more clientele the service, quality, and appreciation for clients, began to take a downward spiral.However, the ATTITUDES of service providers inclined, but not in an appropriate manner. I recommended numerous others to this business, but the constant changing in prices for the same service weeded many out.

Nice friendly staff and they did good jobs. However the facility was dirty with much dust on everything. No sanitation of equipment as the items were just picked up as is and used. Some equipment parts were taken from a very dirty little box that looked like it had been sitting there for many years. Also the powder used was in a jar that everyone put their fingers in.

This is the 4 strike. I’m PERMANENTLY cutting ties and taking my business to Montgomery. Ive been a customer on and off sine the first week they opened. I’ve referred so many people to this business. I’ve witnessed and ignored Sanitary violations, rudeness , and rude actions. Word of advice; take your own toe separators and request alcohol as a finisher. Don’t let the 100 score fool you. . I find it ridiculous to get attitude because I require proper techniques to manage my nails to health instead of damaging them. I’ve requested not to cut or file nails down and I also receive attitude for that. This place doesn’t want healthy nails or for you to grow your nails, but expect large tips after being overcharged (different price for the same services every visit). I don’t mind paying if the services rendered are worthy and are consistent. BYE

Tamie did a great job on my pedicure!!! Very professional, gentle, and didn’t make it tickle She will be the reason I come back!! Unfortunately, I will have to get my finger nails done somewhere else ♀️ The last picture is reference to what I wanted but they didn’t have that color, I was fine with iridescent silver. Everything was fine until the final touches, the diamond work was sloppy and no where near symmetrical. Lastly, the matte finish was ruined by the fact that he put three layers of gel black, then clear coat, then matte. He even went over the diamonds with clear coat after the matte and got the gloss finish all over my MATTE nails. So the five stars is only for Tamie, she was great!! Oh but the prices are outrageous, my set was $75 and the pedi was $45????
