Critical: ProfessionalismThe absolute worst customer service from the person who sits in the front chair. I waited 45 minutes to be seen just for her to put a very crooked nail on. Tried to help her by telling her which side she should fix and not only did she insult my other nails she took off my nail turned off the light at her station and started walking around talking trash about me. Pretty sure she told them not to help me since there was someone else available and wouldn’t help me either. I really hope you’re reading this because woman, if you don’t like Hispanic people then get out of this side of Orlando, and if you don’t like to be told what to do then maybe you should go back to your original training days and re learn how to put on a nail that’s basics. Had the nerve to want to charge me $10 for 1 nail.
