This was my first time here. I always like to try a place twice before leaving a negative review. I didn’t feel welcome here at all. The guy who serviced me seemed to have an attitude because I wanted a classic pedicure and he couldn’t up sell me. Then he was bad talking my friend and I in their language. That was very rude. I didn’t enjoy my service at all and I don’t think I’ll give them a second try. My toes look pretty though. I was going to give one start. But my toes are really pretty. Not so much for my heels

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s pretty nice but I do have a few bubbles in my nails and one time there was a hair in it but honestly it is very good and I would recommend paid 55 dollars for a full set Gel manicures, Acrylic nails

I can’t believe I paid 60.00 to have my nails butchered here. Very poor hygeine observed, and very rude staff. Complete overuse of the nail drills resulting in broken skin on two fingers, absolutely no nail prep (when I asked for some cuticle care, I was told no, and I didn’t even get lotion for my hands), and my nails are a lumpy, uneven, painful mess. I’m actually embarrassed for people to see my hands at work. All I wanted was a pretty French manicure.

Nail tech they call Cindy is vocally rude to black women. Some judge the minute you walk in and assume you don’t tip, why because I’m black? Cindy need to be trained on how to talk to people.
