Galaxy Nail Studio Sunrise is a nail salon at 10117 W Oakland Park Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33351 While other salons use a magnetic reusable jet in their pedicure chair, Galaxy Nail Studio at 10117 W Oakland Park Blvd in Sunrise, Florida uses the world’s only disposable pedicure jet designed and patented by Contego Spa Designs. We are currently the first and only nail salon in the Florida area to use this next-generation pedicure chair. This design helps prevent the spread of infectious diseases and cross contamination between clients. The single use pedicure jet liner contains two jet tubes to provide a relaxing foot massage without reusing products between clients. Afterwards, both the Contego liner and the tubing are completely 100% disposed.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE SKILL SET FROM EMPLOYEE. One of the male employee at this nail shop volunteered to do design on my nails and yet he didn’t even much know how to shape nails correctly. Does these look this coffin nails to you? No not at all. My nails aren’t comparable to the pictures I’ve showed him, he got upset with me and told me he wouldn’t do my pedicure next for me for speaking up for myself. They made me pay full about for nails and pedicure even though I’ve left unsatisfied. This are my birthday nails why aren’t you taking that seriously??!

Not the best service. Came here last time and received better service. Staff needs to guide customer on how to schedule and appointment. They just seem to want to make a quick buck and go about their day. I had nail polish all over my hands which was never cleaned up. They went super heavy on my cleat coat and it looks blooby. :/

Poor experience… quality has gone down. Technician speaks and understands 0 English, making it challenging to communicate. Old OPI, with limited matching colors if you want gel manicure and regular pedicure. Instead a cheaper polish brand is their prominent brand. I had an appointment but was treated the same as a walk in with a 15 minute wait. Pedicure was extremely basic, no attention to calluses or massage. Overall disappointing and will try another salon next time.

I would not recommend this place at all. The employees are extremely rude especially Tara. The receptionist quoted a price but I was later informed the service cost would be more. I asked Tara if she could honor the price quoted and she firmly stated no and if I did not like it she would not proceed with the additional services I went in for. Tara’s customer service is horrible and unacceptable.
