Kim was my nail tech for a manicure with gel polish. She was gentle with the drill and didn’t hurt me at all when drilling around my cuticles. She cut my cuticles without pain or bleeding. My gel nails are perfect and look like liquid glass. The finish is so slick. All nail lengths are even, and my nails look great. Honestly, it’s the best manicure I’ve ever had. Will be back.

I did not get the chance to get my nails done here, due to poor time management. I went in with my daughter to get our nails done together, also I do not have a problem with waiting. My problem was people who walked in with no appointment was helped before us after waiting 45 minutes. Will never go back!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI usually have a great experience here. Went there yesterday and it was slow. Took them 20 minutes before starting my nails. I had a picture of the nail art I wanted up on my phone the whole time the lady was doing my nails and at the end I had to ask her if she was doing the nail art and then proceeded to get mad that she didn’t see it and then when she did do it she did a poor job on it saying it’s not going to be the same but similar. Idk if it’s just me but if I want a design done, I want it just like the photo I show not “similar”. Yes It may look fine to others but it’s not what I wanted and she knew that I wanted the design and how I wanted it before starting my nails so if she couldn’t do it then she should’ve had someone else do it or not do them at all. Then the top coat on my nails are already peeling off making it look trashy. A photo of what I asked for compared to what I got is posted. I usually have a great experience here. Went there yesterday and it was slow. Took them 20 minutes before starting my nails. I do my own dip nails at home, but I occasionally treat myself to a pedicure. I’ve heard awesome things about Galaxy Nails, so I decided to go this afternoon. When I went to pay, the cashier accused me of only giving her one of my tickets they use to keep track of their services. I told her the only service I had done was my toes and she still pressed about me having my nails done. I reassured her multiple times that I did not have my fingernails done and she finally let me pay for the pedicure and leave. I understand that unfortunately they do have people that walk out without paying, but I did not appreciate being accused of something I didn’t do just because I do my own nails at home. Service wise, the pedicure was average.

The gentleman that did my toes was awesome he talked to me and my daughter and the lady that did my daughter’s was awesome to so now let’s fast forward to getting are nails done the lady that did ares was great but never once did she actually talk to us she was talking to the other employees but acted like we weren’t there don’t get me wrong they are good at nails but not conversating with the customers…
