I absolutely love Galactic tan. The owner is amazing and so nice. It is very clean, and smells nice inside. You can see that you have gotten color after just one visit. I also like being able to listen to music that they provide with headphones for you. Oh and I love not only the tanning lotion you can buy, but the cute complementary, heart, bunny or dolphin stickers you put on to see how much color your our getting each time. Not only that,but it is reasonably priced.

Super clean and well maintained machines. Brian is very friendly and always smiling so that even if there’s a short wait, you don’t mind. Reasonable prices and they offer a discount when you renew early! Love this place and how fabulous I feel when I’m tan!

Incredible service, tan styles to fit your needs, staff is beyond helpful & kind. If there is a better buy or price they always tell you & let you know specials upcoming if you want to wait. My MS symptoms don’t exacerbate when I go there, I just feel almost healed.

I normally never write a negative review or take time to do this, but I felt like I really needed to. I have wasted too much time and gas going to this location, only to find them closed. Today in particular, I had an appointment scheduled at 12:30. I left my home and shortly found out that much of New Smyrna was traffic jammed because of a lot of festivals going on. I called at 12:30 to tell the owner I would be a couple minutes late. The guy never answered, mind you, the store does not close til 1 pm on Saturdays. I drove there anyways, hoping to catch him because I really wanted to tan since he would be out for a couple days. I got there at 12:40, still 20 minutes before they closed and he looked at me and said “Oh, sorry, we’re done and closed.” Knowing I had an appointment, knowing he had ignored my phone call, and he knew I drove all the way out there. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve even drove out there up to 45 minutes before they closed and he still shut down early. I don’t really understand how someone has listed certain business hours but shuts down early whenever they choose — that’s not fair to other customers who are scheduling their days around their opening hours. I noticed in a previous review, this also happened to someone else. It has been very frustrating. I have been very nice to the gentleman who owns it though. I honestly do not wish anything bad on this individual, I just hope he sees how this is affecting others and I hope he can change his business practices.

I’ve been going to this salon on and off for many years. I’ve never had any kind of problem. They’ve always been so good to me and my friends who tan here. I love this place and the guys working here. I would definatly recommend this place to anyone looking to tan and/ or buy products!
