When I went in to get nails and feet done I was sat immediately for my feet. The guy did a fast decent job on my pedicure. The lady comes over there and starts rushing trying to put tips on my nails while I was doing my feet, did not offer to cut or clean my nails. Says you have to ask and it’s extra, never have I been anywhere where you have to ask to get your nails trimmed before a full set. Also charged five dollars to take off shellac that was not mentioned. They also only like to do very basic nails for a high price. I see why they have no buisness. Cost of living is already high save your money and go somewhere to get your moneys worth

NEVER AGAIN will I go to this place. Pedi was great thanks to Nancy but my manicure was a disaster from the start. To say that Ben was rough and rude would be an epic understatement. He RIPPED my old set off (after arguing with me that I didn’t need a new set) and the experience was absolutely painful. I told him he was hurting me many times. In fact, I ended up taking off the last one myself because he was ripping my natural nail off in the process. Believe it or not, it just got worse from there. I ended up getting up to leave while he walked around the room YELLING. What he had to be mad about is a complete mystery to me. I paid for my pedi and left with 2 fingernails done (and not the way I asked either). I went across the highway to H2O nails and they completely started over and did a fantastic job. I get my nails done on a regular basis and have been to many nail salons as I travel and I have never had a manicure be physically painful nor have I ever encountered such a rude, inconsiderate, belligerent tech.

Pedi wasn’t too bad but my nails are horrible!! I was there over 2 hours. He kept messing up and sort of starting over but really just adding to his mistakes. He kept apologizing saying he doesn’t normally work there and does better with longer nails. He filed and reshaped my nails so many times I can barely touch anything without them hurting. The tips are so thick and uneven. He also FaceTimed someone the whole time he was working on my nails but just faced the screen towards me and did no talking. So for almost 2 hours whoever was on the other end of the call (couldn’t see them it was just a tile floor in the screen) watched me! I left with ugly sore nails and red manicure powder stained all over my fingers. I paid $50 for something I feel like a cosmetology student could’ve done their first week at school. Never again will I go there!!

Me and my daughter went to get our nails done. I got a full set and the lady cut all of my cuticles to where they are burning pretty bad. My daughter got hers just painted and I got regular acrylic nails and it was $90. I don’t think this should have been $90, I have never been charged that much for her nails painted and my acrylic nails plus all of my cuticles being cut!

So disappointed. I only soaked my feet for 3 minutes the entire pedicure. Made me soak my nails during pedicure in an awkward position couldnt even enjoy the massage chair. The nail I picked out was an hombre they didnt even do it. My nails turned out an ugly color. When i asked why he didnt do the hombre nail. He just apologized. Didn’t discount for his mistake, didnt take my coupon, and knocked my bounce back card from $40 to $20! Will not return to any Gala nails.

New to the area. My pedicure was AMAZING! My nails HORRIBLE! Nail Techs attitude wasn’t up to par. (She tries to multi-task 2-4 clients at one time) Not pleased! The service is not what I paid for! Every time I told her what I wanted she had her way of doing things…. Needless to say I am not pleased!! I will not be returning for nails but will return for pedicure.

I don’t even want to give it one star. The man who did my nails was so rude. He kept grunting in anger while filing my nails. I wanted coffin shape and he did not know how to do it he spent forever trying to shape them. The acrylic is thick and chunky my nails stick up. Worst nails I’ve ever had and charged me $50 and that was after complaining! He chopped up my cuticles they hurt so bad!

I have been going to Le for about 5 or 6 years. Everyone is so nice and my nails are Always on point. I have gone to other salons but always go back to Le at gala because she does them right and they look beautiful and last forever. O have been seeing Le at gala nails for as long as I have been with my husband! Great place. I will always go back!
