I definitely noticed all the precautions they were taking during the early reopening with the COVID 19 pandemic. I visited 7/1/2020. I got a gel Mani and pedi and was very happy with the technician Mrs. Lee. I felt very safe and taken care off. Guests were required to make an appointment, sign in, answer a questionnaire about covid 19 contact and symptoms, I was asked to sanitize my hands just before my manicure. The prices seem to have gone up from last year, but I was okay paying a little more for the better experience.

I went in for a pedicure and my tech kept trying to press me to get a gel polish after I declined several times. I got a lime green color which I get all the time at every salon I go to and when I saw the finished product it did not look right. It was a different shade of green and very streaky. I asked her for another coat and she proceeded to tell me I should’ve got gel and put another clear coat when I specifically asked for another green coat. As I’m trying to get her attention she’s intentionally ignoring me until being tapped on the shoulder. I tell her this isn’t how it should look and AGAIN she pushed the gel polish trying to say that’s the only way it will come out right. It was like she purposely messed up my polish to push me toward gel as hard as she was going for it. Eventually another tech stepped in and redid my polish the right way by adding a white base coat and the color came out perfectly. Unfortunately the polish job isn’t the best when you look closely but it’s much better compared to what I initially had. I definitely will not be returning to this salon.

I’ve been here 3 times and thus far only one technician is really good. She’s at station #2. The woman at station 4 or 5 does a decent pedicure but a poor gel manicure. My nails started chipping the next day. My daughter also went to her and the same thing happened. I had my nails done yesterday by the woman at station 9 and my nails look a week old. She doesn’t cover the entire nail and when I asked her to fix it she told me no. She also dipped my hands in acetone. When I asked her if that was safe she took my hands out. She later attempted to fix my nails, but… it still didn’t look good. Definitely not worth the time or money. I only gave it 3 stars because of tech #2. I’m going to try to schedule my appointments only with her.

Critical: QualityI’ve been here 3 times, had 3 different nail techs they were all very disappointing. Today was my last day going. I asked for coffin shape nails, they are crooked, lumpy and some are flat. She barely filed my nails and she put two nails files together when she did file. L She used an excessive amount of polish and kept getting it on my finger. I asked the lady to make them thick but they are extremely thin. I also got a pedicure, the pedicure was fine but the lady didn’t ask what type of service I wanted and she didn’t show me the menu. I wouldn’t recommend going at their busy time, you will either be asked to come back the next day or you’ll be seen and your services will be rushed. my nails are severely DAMAGED! i went to this nail shop over a week ago and my nails still haven’t grown back ANY! like i said in my previous review angie or angela whatever her name was messed my nails up! Told me she was good with everything and she lied! do not come here! will let everyone i know NOT to come here.
