Can’t do a basic nude overlay, can’t do a basic black manicure, can’t cut cuticles, can’t shape. They literally can’t do anything at this nail salon. I walked in with pretty, natural medium length nails and walked out with short uneven unshaped nails. I told hernot to file I’d file at home myself to prevent having to go any shorter. Paid $40 just to have to go somewhere else to have them fix my nails. It’s like they don’t care about the business at all!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy nails look like they were done by a 2 year old! Very bumpy, different lengths and shapes and the dip and gel were so old it wouldn’t stick. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueStopped by while my kids got a hair cut. Chairs are old and outdated not even working for a massage, water was cold, the older lady was ok I guess not much of a conversation very short greeting. Did not get a massage like the pamphlet said. I walked in for a pedicure and was greeted okay and got to my seat and had cold water to stick my feet in, I had shellac on so she had to drill off the polish but was burning my toenails with the drill. She didn’t even get all the toenail polish off. I got regular polish and it was all over my skin and to top it all of I saw an ANT crawling on me!! If I could give this place zero stars I would, do not go here!!

Update, unfortunately I will have to find another place, it has been very inconsistent and today i asked them about things I am paying for but not getting, it seem to piss them off. I have always been very friendly and patient (especially the day they had no hot water and was trying to boil it) despite the fact that they (she isn’t) aren’t always nice. They’re a few employees that are nice so not speaking for all employees but the couple that are not very nice just really ruins the mood when they r there. Shame on me for coming here for this long. I will miss the few that enjoy the fact that you are a recurring customer. I wish them the best of luck. The newest girl was very nice but my classic pedi took just over an HR and a half which normally takes 30 mins. Good luck to the very sweet new girl.

DO NOT GO HERE! The worst service & experience ever. We got the strawberry daquiri package and we got the same things as a deluxe package. Everything advertised was not given. The nail tech gave me 2nd degree burns from the parrafin wax. There were ants crawling on the chairs and counters. They cut all our toes crooked and the polish colors were incorrect and a dingy color. We had made an appt. for mothers day and still waited 45 minutes until they started on 3 out of 4 of us. All our water was cold and my water kept draining out so I had no water. My poor mom waited in cold water for over an hour and a half and were so rude to her that she finally left to go wait in the car. DO NOT GO HERE!

NEVER go here. It looks like your normal everyday salon when you walk in. It isn’t until you sit down do you notice how messy it is (damp towls in the corner, standing water, food containers).Dirty bathroom. Not friendly service. Poor communicating skills. Cold water during pedicure. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Manicure was quick and wasn’t painted down my whole nail. I also got a gel pedicure that was rough. My pedicure gal left some of my old polish on and just painted over it. I requested a basic flower painted on my toenail. This took 30 minutes of trying and trying. They did a sloppy job! My toes look horrible and they offered to take 5 bucks off for the design when I expressed how unhappy I was. Not to mention that I sat for over and hour and paid 75 to have nails that look crappy. Horrible customer service. These people are out to make quick buck and send you on your way. They could care less if you come back. Don’t waste your money.

This place is AWFUL! I went today to get a new dip color. When I walked in I was “greeted” rudely by the owner and another female worker. They sat me down, gave me a basket of colors to pick from, as I was looking at the colors the worker came and grabbed the basket from me and sat it on another counter. She then goes and gets a bowl of acetone to soak off my old color and the bowl has old nail polish in it from a previous customer!! After I bring that to her attention, she rudely changes the acetone then has me soak my nails for over 20 minutes while she sat in the pedicure chair playing on her phone. Not one time did she or the owner ever acknowledge me again. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried going to this location and it’s been a HORRIBLE experience every time. I ended up walking out, and not one single person even acknowledged me walking out the door!!! Save your money and go somewhere else!!

They did a great job on my and my daughter’s powder dip manicure and pedicure! Very polite and professional. Better price and quality than other places I’ve been in Midland. We will definitely be back.
