Dr. Jacobs is a GREAT doctor…… But I had issues the first time around and was told that it would be taken care of, which it was. But then I came back so that I could figure out what was going on with my thyroid, all so they could do more extensive lab work charge me full cost (cause the lab is not in network) and now I am left with zero answers from the lab results and over a thousand dollar owed bill. They couldn’t even figure out what was wrong from those lab results, everything looked great and with no answers they decided to give me a stronger dose of thyroid medicine to basically throw a bandaid answer on it. I since have stopped taking the medication cause it didn’t feel right and 6 months later I feel better then I was before I went to them.

I was having so many problems with fatigue and my GP told me I was fine and my levels were “normal”. I was far from it. I has severely swollen ankles, fatigue, hair loss, weight gain… I was referred to Bio Restoration by a good friend and was impressed by the help I received. I now refer as many people as I can to this clinic. I am impressed by how they listen to your symptoms and address all your issues. They think outside the box and really work miracles.

Very disappointed in Biorestoration. This staff highly recommended the femme lift and I was promised to see results. Not only did I just wasted $3000, the owner of Biorestoration refused to offer some kind of reimbursement for their failed procedure that each staff member raved about. I purchased this because I was told I would notice some of a difference. The only thing the owner said that this works different for each person and they don’t do any refunds. I wish I would have known this is how they treat their clients. So I highly recommend not going to this clinic. The owner seems to only care to get money out of their clients and not to help them. I hope no one else wastes their money and time here.

Dr. Jacobs is a great doctor. I have been going here for 3 years and I love the way they approach medicine. It makes me confident that they do a full blood test for check ups. It is important to me that I understand the reason behind my treatments.

I went to Dr.Moody to get help with my hormone issues and he did help me, He was a very nice man. His billing office is the problem. I have gone to him 3 times I told them how to bill my insurance and they did not listen they went ahead and billed my husbands insurance first which is my secondary insurance, They got a denial saying bill the primary but then never re-billed the insurance. I kept getting bills and called telling them how to do their job. No calls back ever but a few weeks ago I was sent to collections because they have untrained people doing their billing. I had to go thru my primary and bill the secondary insurance myself. This has been a HUGE problem and they don’t seem to care that they are messing with peoples credit and lives. I WILL NEVER AGAIN REFER SOMEONE TO THAT OFFICE. The staff was not the nicest but I did not pay that any attention. Dr. Moody was a very nice man it is sad that a group of lazy office people can ruin a practice. I would tell anyone to NOT go here and if you do KEEP TRACK OF YOUR OWN INSURANCE BILLS AS THEY WILL NOT………………..

5 stars isn’t enough! I’ve been going to Dr. Jacobs since 2012. He’s amazing. Really personable, spend time with me about my checkups and my conditions. He knows what hes doing. If you are looking for a great Dr. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacobs.

Dr. Jacobs. Terrible bedside manner. I saw him monthly yet every time it was like he’d never see me before. Hadn’t even bothered to look over my chart before coming in so he never knew why I was there. He often spent a good deal of time looking things up on his phone. Didn’t offer much information and didn’t even respond to many of my concerns.

If you are having a hard time finding the energy to get through your day or you just cant get motivated to exercise, You need to call this clinic. I cant begin to tell you what they have done for me. I am now more focused at work. I have been able to get rid of the extra pounds that have been haunting me for years because I now have the energy to work out. I am able to do more with my kids instead of just coming home and falling asleep on the couch. Thanks Biorestoration for all you have done for me.

Called to come in and get blood work done and the lady at the front told me they don’t take my insurance but the labs would. Drive all the way there, wait to go in to the back, only to find out they don’t take my insurance at all. Terrible receptionist who doesn’t know what she should.
