Gaffney Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismOn 1/27 I went to Gaffney Nails to go and get a regular Gel Manicure and Pedicure the owner soaked off my nails he had left to go somewhere. Then his wife put me over across the next station to a woman name Joy which It was her first time doing my nails. I specifically asked her can if she do my nails like the first pic she said yes. I’m very upset and disappointed because she did a horrible job on my nails. I called the manager after I had left the shop so I won’t disrespect or cause any problems in his shop because the way I was feeling. I explained to him what happened and he fixed my nails for free which he had a slight attitude of frustration and rushed the service through. He explained to me that what I wanted was only done on acrylic nails and dip powder which the lady Joy did not explained to me she just went ahead did it. I don’t recommend anyone to go to her I would recommend or to the shop if you do Jeremy he is a way better nail tech. On 1/27 I went to Gaffney Nails to go and get a regular Gel Manicure and Pedicure the owner soaked off my nails he had left to go somewhere. Then his wife put me over across the next station to a woman name Joy which It was her first time doing my nails. I specifically asked her can if she do my nails like the first pic she said yes. No treatments for the hands at allThe actual cutting filing and painting part I would say were good.
