I went there last Friday asking for a caramel “ombre look” and showed a picture to the stylist, to which he said that what I wanted looked more like a balayage. However, the result doesn’t really look like either,, it just looks like I got highlights on some ends of my hair, and not a nice gradient from dark roots to caramel ends like I had asked for. I did raise concerns during the process and the stylist assured me it would look good as he was leaving some strands untouched for a more “natural” look. I thought it would be fine when he was done but looking at it now I see how sparse the bleached strands are.

I brought my daughter to do her hair here and it turned out to be a nightmare. This people burned my daughter’s hair. She asked for highlights and they forgot to do her roots. They bleached her hair and came out orange. They left her roots black and the rest of the hair orange. Terrible job please don’t go to this place, go somewhere else that cares about your hair

I have been going to Gabriel Samra for my hair for the past seven years, even before he opened his own salon. Every time he has done my hair, I have always left so happy!
