Love love love this place! The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. I have been coming to Gables Nails exclusively since 2009 and I always have the best experience. The owners and employees really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows! I usually do my nails with Vy or Ti but everyone else are also great. Linda does a really good job with my weekly pedicures. She is also great customer care and always tries to accommodate my last minute appointments. I would like to note that if I could give more than 5 stars on this review, I would give unlimited golden stars.

My only issue is I think it is a bit pricey when considering tip as well. I paid 75 + tip for a gel manicure with holographic. Amazing!! The area is very well kept and decorated nicely. My nails artist did a wonderful job and was super sweet. A great experience. My only issue is I think it is a bit pricey when considering tip as well. I paid 75 + tip for a gel manicure with holographic. Disgusting!!! Rusted instruments, in the dirty box. The technician cut me and just put the instrument in the box with all other “clean” ones. What if someone has STD’s? I don’t want that on the side with my manicure. They used nail polish on fungus nails of a person sitting next to me. Well, if you guys don’t know (staff), everyone else might get it now too. Will never be back!!

The worst experience of my life, the manager is very rude, he is racist with people who speak Spanish, he laughed in my face because I did not understand the first time she told me. At first I thought was my fault but the second time she was with the same rude attitude and the third time I left. I will never go back to this racist place.

Melissa did a really great job on my feet! She was professional and very thorough. She found all the hang nails that I didn’t even realize were the cause of the pain in both my big toes. My feet look n feel amazing now that I dont have those painful hang nails. Will definitely be going back!

Walked in for a gel pedicure with acrylic. They took me in immediately but the girl that did my acrylic just did it to her like. Then another guy did the remaining of my pedicure. Neither of them cleaned the inside of my toes and just seemed rushed. Considering the pricing, I would’ve hoped I would have got a decent pedicure.

This is a long overdue review but definitely necessary. I only got one name within the establishment and that was Linda who is maybe the receptionist as well as the assistant manager. I had my first set done and it came out beautifully, I was happy for my first visit however the only thing that they need to work on is their customer service. Linda was kind however one of the nail techs which was one of the Asian girls that sit up front would simply not give me her name, personally would like to always keep one nail tech and stick to that one if they did a great job and she did at first. The second time I went I had a male tech do my nails not as great as the first but it was good enough. The third visit was to fix a broken nail that broke three days in again the same first nail tech who refused to give me her name despite tipping. I never felt welcomed. i appreciated just two things that they managed to schedule me as a walk in from day one and fixing the nail that broke. I had concerns about their filing tools since I’m not sure if they aren’t required to clean and disinfect after every customer, how the male tech did not use gloves, and how untidy one of the first station was when they cut and filed my already short nails. Due to the unwelcomed atmosphere I decided not to come again and go elsewhere.
