Most of the nail techs are good but the one I had the last few visits over buffs my nails and the last time was the worst. I have deep divots across the surface of my nails and have to wait until they grow out because she made them so thin.

Critical: QualityI had a manicure don on 11/3/2021 because my manicurist is out sick and the polish cracked although Tracy made it right. They cracked again. I called on Thursday 11/11 and talked to her she told me to come back thinking they will make it right again. I get there after sitting an hour and she finally tells me that it will be a charge of $45 no discount. She could’ve told me that up front.
