The older Asian lady who works here is amazing. Seriously. Her attitude, her work, she goes into full detail. My favorite part about everything I got today was definitely my eyebrows. Most people just wax them and pluck a few times then done. She made sure to shape them and really make them look nice.

Best nail place i have been too! Kind ,efficient ,calm atmosphere! And the work they do is omg great!i have been coming here for about a month and half started off withe basic pedicure. Kathy is my personal go to nail tech. She just made me feel welcome every time i walk through the door. I work alot and was going thur the list of all the different things they do. And my most favorite pedicure is called the jelly pedicure. I work alot of 60 hrs a week and my legs and feet have never felt so good. Thats my go to ! She never hurts me i have been places where it hurts or they nick me she never has and judgement free zone . Men are definitely welcome here also. They also have a huge selection of services. If you want to fell pampered and cared for this is the place too go! Kathy is my regular tech and she is so good if I haven’t made an appointment and she is with someone else i will wait for her. The message chairs are amazing if you are tall or short the chairs are adjustable so you will can adjust and enjoy the enjoyable massage. Today I brought my daughter in today and she got mani pedi with sns nails! She felt completely happy and blown away with the great service and nail design! Will attach picture . Her words Were “i have never gotten my nails done so perfectly I thought my old nail tech was the best but these are perfect!” So again great for regular nail care and style or just need a great relaxing treat yourself time ! Kathy did my daughters pedi yes of course jelly and Christina did her manicure and nail design!

I am sure many love this salon and will be offended by my review however buyer beware. The first time I went to the salon the managers husband cut my finger open with what I later was told was a brand new drill they applied what I thought was an antiseptic and 24 hours later I had to seek medical help because I had pus running out of my finger despite me putting Neosporin and a Band-Aid on it. subsequently I went back and showed them what had happened and they were very apologetic and gave me more Band-Aids and they all talk to me and gave me a $30 gift card. I went back the following week for a pedicure figuring this was a one time incident and he would not be anywhere near me again that was fine. taking the chance that it was a one time event I went back today to have my S & S taken off and a gel manicure. Who did they send to take the S & S off but the man fortunately all he had to do was wrap my fingers with acetone and aluminum foil and then walked away. The young lady came to do my nails she took the rest of the previous acrylic off and then started applying the gel polish without filing my nails without shaping my nails without pushing the cuticle back and as she was applying the polish I told her it was the lump lumpy globs of polish and I was not happy. This is where we pretend to not understand English and said you would love it when it’s done I kept saying no I do not like it she kept saying oh it is so pretty I said my nails are sharp can you file them she took a buffer out and just rubbed it across the top of my nails at that point I knew I was not going to get what I wanted and much to my shock they have a sign up that says 20% off and I still had to pay $40 for some thing that is not right that I did not get the service of and again I was told next time you come back we have Manager give you discount well folks there won’t be a next time I cannot believe the lack of customer service. And I do need to mention all three times that I went I had an appointment all three times they kept me waiting at least 30 minutes past my appointment time and apologized because there were walkins. It was my understanding that a walk-in had to wait for the appointments so what is the point of an appointment?

“I am not impressed with my experience at all. I have come here 5 times the first 4 were okay not the best but I kept trying. This last time really just was the breaking point. I come in and I ask for gel manicure. My sister gets the same thing we both saw the cool temperature changing nails and we both decided to get them. I got my sns taken off and didn’t even get my manicure. I payed 80 for both me and my sister for 2 gel manicures well except we didn’t get the manicure part. I decide that five days later and three nail breaks and the rest of them chipped I am going to complain and ask for a refund or redo. I walk in and I tell them my problem about me and my sister and she says that they could do sns and we would just pay for the difference or get gel redo and they look and my nails and see the three broken then they look at my sisters nails and toss them around and say that nothing is wrong with them even though they are cracked. They tell her very rudely that she would have to pay full price for her nails and then a new lady comes up to me and says that I would have to pay 5 times the original quote for sns even though sns and gel cost the same. The other lady said she would do the tips for free because the gel made my nails break off. Then the new lady comes up and continues to say that I would have to pay $15 to give me 3 tips and a color change in gel. I will not be coming back here every again.”- my daughter

I was very disappointed. I had been there many times in the past and recently this was my second trip. It took too long. Not enough staff to do pedicure and SNS at same time. I went back yesterday to get SNS off and the technician was rude and acted like she didn’t want to do it. She used the dremel twice and soaked my nails. I paid $20 for removal of SNS and $25 for a horrible manicure. I wanted clear polish because I need to go to the doctor about one of my nails. She only put one coat on. She didn’t even put lotion on and massage my hands. That comes with a manicure right? The tech that did my pedicure was wonderful. She was an older lady. Very nice. I won’t go back even though it’s the most convenient shop. Very disappointing.

I received a gift card from my employer for GA Nails as a treat for all my hard work. I decided that I would treat myself to a relaxing manicure today. I was mistaken. Today was by far the worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had thanks to the woman with the burgundy-dyed hair, koi fish tattoo on her right arm, and the lazy eye.

Usually I never leave reviews but I am so beyond upset with my experience here. I got gel acrylic nails on a Thursday. By Sunday all of them came off and my pointer finger bled underneath and became infected. My moms gel French tips just chipped right off. Not to mention we were there from 5-8 and it was very expensive. Manicure
