I went in for a handful of services: eyebrow waxing and tinting, microdermabrasion facial, and a deluxe French manicure. I was extremely pleased with everyone’s friendliness and professionalism. The facility is clean and zen. I’d give a 5 star rating but unfortunately my French manicure was so poorly done that 3 days later, the polish is chipping or bubbling on multiple nails. I’d expect higher quality for a $60 manicure, so it is a bit disappointing. I will return for future facials but I’ll have to look for a different nail service.

I had such a wonderful experience here – and was truthfully a little scared from some of the reviews. I got to use the steam room before my massage with Steve, who was incredibly professional and really helped ease my leg pain. My only ding on a star was the hair in the women’s locker room on the floors. Since it’s white granite I can understand it’s hard to keep up with, but other than that I would have no problem coming back! Super relaxed and friendly staff

Came here for a bachelorette spa afternoon and it was such a fun and relaxing time. We did the Bali Rejuvenating Ritual in the Experience Room and we sat in the Salt Cave. It was great for the 6 of us to bond and share memories. I would recommend calling if you plan to have a group of people going as this is the most efficient way to reach someone and schedule appointments. Maria was so helpful and kind when I spoke to them on the phone and when we were there in person.

I’ve been going to G2O since 2000. I can say the service has gone down considerably. Lucy makes it worthwhile to continue to patronize the place, but good luck trying to get an appointment. Also, the front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. Lastly, I tried several times to book for my entire team (this requires a form or call to a “specialist” who manages large parties)–I never received a call back to my request. I decided to take my team to Mandarin Oriental instead and was treated wonderfully. Their loss, not mine.

Amy is a master hair stylist and simply the best at haircuts and I believe superior with blonde hair color. It’s not often you find a stylist who can do both your haircut and color. I am so lucky to have her and you will too!

I am only giving it three stars because the people at the front desk are so nice and sweet! But i had been going to G2O spa & salon montly for almost a year, and on my last appointment, I decided to not pay for a finish. It was freezing cold outside, so I at least expected my hair stylist to dry my hair lightly (it didn’t have to be a blow out or anything!!! i didn’t have time for one!) and after she touched up my roots (which is already SO expensive) and it came to the blow dry part, she said that since I didn’t pay for a finish, “I could dry it myself” (and gave me the hair drier to dry it in front of the whole salon). I had never gone through a situation like that, specially going there religiously every month for almost a year I expected a better treatment :(((

Definitely of the best facials in Boston! Everyone here is so nice, friendly and accommodating. The locker room is quite small though so best to go on less crowded hours.
