Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePlease do not go here!!!! Most of the staff including the owner are so rude and unprofessional. I came in one Sunday and got my normal pedicure (been going almost a year) and the lady messed is up completely. Gel polish goes on the nail not the edges of my toes or the top cuticle. So I come back on Monday to have them corrected because one had started to peel as well. The lady from Sunday was there so another person had to redo them. No I didn’t pay for the redo because why should I pay to have errors corrected…. So the next time I came in the owner tried to tell me they couldn’t do my pedicure because I’m never happy with the outcome. Which this was not the first time I had to have the pedicure redone due to peeling or polish would bubble up. After I was there waiting over 30 minutes. I kindly let him know I have been coming there almost a year and it’s not my fault that all his staff doesn’t know the correct way to do a pedicure or polish correctly. The lady that I like to do my toes was there so she did them great but she is only there some days so catching her is the thing. All that to say don’t go here. I never go my hands done there but toes yes but I shouldn’t have had to explain to them that it’s their poor work is the reason the job had to be redone.Service: PedicurePlease do not go here!!!! Please do not go here!!!! Most of the staff including the owner are so rude and unprofessional.
